ate and how much you exercised. Texting is fast and easy,
so that means you're more likely to stick with it.
b) Be like JLo-
No, it doesn't mean working out for hrs. each day,
It's means ditch the soda. JLo said that both regular and diet
soda were giving her acne, cravings and a bloated belly.
And she's right, artificial sweeteners increase your desire
for unhealthy and fattening foods.

c) Stand up-
Yes, something as simple as standing more during the day
can help you shed pounds. Sitting for hrs. at a time
causes stagnation that triggers changes in the body that
