Prevent Crow's Feet Naturally!
Steve Harvey is the hot new host of his own daytime show.
In fact, his ratings are so good they're almost the same as
Oprahs' during her reign on the air.
Steve mixes up the show beautifully with dating advice, weight loss tips,
parenting tips, cooking tips and of course his own brand of humor.
On a recent show, Steve had a woman on who talked about new
low-cost ways to prevent and turn back the aging clock.
While talking about crow's feet, she asked Steve if he had them
and he replied "no, at age 55, I still look good.
Well, there are a few reasons for that, reasons like...
* his race- black or darker skin ages way slower than white,
thinner skin.
* his gender- men tend to age better than women, why?
thicker skin and shaving, yes shaving, it's like an exfoliant everyday
or every other day.
* his weight- that's right- staying about 10 to 15 fifteen lbs. heavier
helps skin fill out.
So ladies, would you like some secrets to help you avoid the
crow's feet around your eyes? Do the following...
a) Wear Your Glasses-
And we're not talking reading shades, but sun shades.
Squinting-especially this time of year is understandable, with the
blazing Sun of course, but too much squinting and you'll develop
fine lines around your eyes. So, wear your shades, and that means
whether it's sunny or cloudy.
b) Sleep This Way-
Although it may not seem possible all of the time, sleeping on
your back is ideal. Sleeping on your side or stomach, the sheets
and pillows can tug at the delicate skin around your eyes, making
your fine lines more visible. To help you sleep on your back,
use pillows to position yourself so you can't turn over while
you sleep, and if your budget allows- buy some silk sheets.
Why? They don't grab at your skin the way cotton does.
c) Apply Your Moisturizer-
You may forget, but moisturizer is just as important as eating
right or exercising a few times a wk. They help smooth out wrinkles
and boost collagen. You can use a drugstore brand, or go with
the ones used by moms and grandmoms for generations,
olive oil, vaseline or coconut oil.
Or look for one derived from vitamin A, it's called RoC Retinol Correxion
Eye Cream and you can find it your Drugstore or ask your
dermatologist about 02% Renova crean.
d) Eat Like Selena-
That's Selena Gomez to you and one of her favorite foods is
Avocado. She loves it in guacamole and one researcher says it's
one of the best foods to prevent fine lines and wrinkles and they'll
keep skin looking 10 to 15 yrs. younger. Eat some in salads,
on a turkey burger or make a dairy-free milk shake,
Mix an avocado with a banana, some cocoa powder (real cocoa powder)
some vanilla extract, a tbs of agave nectar, 1/2 water and a few ice cubes.
Mix until smooth. Also helpful, mash up a little with olive oil,
lie back in a lounge chair and apply to the face, (around the eyes)
and neck, leave on for 10 mins. and then rinse off with water.
That's it- A simple plan for preventing crow's feet.
Good Luck!
