RHONY Rx For A Healthy Brunch Beverage!

                            Cheers To You!

Are you a fan of brunch? Do you plan on taking mom to brunch next weekend?
Well, if you answered yes, then you may want to follow the advice of the New York

housewife and have a cocktail or two.
The Housewife we're speaking of is Bethenny Frankel and the drink you and
mom should be consuming is the Bloody Mary.

You may be familiar with Bethenny Frankel and her line of "skinny girl" cocktails,
and according to new research-Ms. Frankel is ahead of her time.
How so?
Tomato juice is now being hailed as the beverage that'll  help you lose up to a
pound of day and when it's mixed with alcohol, (vodka) you're really talking
health benefits.

What type of health benefits?
How about...
*stronger bones
* improvement in blood sugar levels (resulting in less chances of becoming diabetic)
* appetite suppressant
some women who struggled with cravings, had a glass of T.J. instead and
were able to avoid that bag of chips or 1/2 dozen choc. chip cookies.

* a boost in thyroid function
* produce more flat belly hormones
tomato juice triggers a hormone that speeds up fat loss (especially in the belly area)
* youthful looking skin
concerned about the Sun taking a toll on your skin?

Put those fears to rest with tomato juice. Some red foods (watermelon, plums
and tomatoes works like natural sunblock, helping to keep skin cancer-free
and youthful.
So, if you're undecided about what you're going to eat and drink next weekend,
this post has already decided that for you. Eat and drink...
Blood Marys
tomato juice
whole grain or gluten free pasta with tomato sauce
stewed tomatoes
tomato soup
stuffed tomatoes (think stuffed peppers but use tomatoes)
and anything else you can think of that calls for cooked tomatoes.

Good Luck!

And if you want more info on tomatoes and the other foods that'll

keep skin cancer at bay, head online to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and type Natural Sunscreen (The Supermarket Foods That Prevent Skin Cancer)
in the search box.
Stop spending so much on sunscreens when there are foods and beverages
out there that work just as well.
