Kellie Pickler's Rx To Stop Worrying!

                  Rockaway The Worrying! 

If you're a regular viewer of this blog, then you may remember the post
on Kellie Pickler and her song-"Rockaway" (The Rockin Chair Song)
Well, this is another post on Rocking.

This time, it's about using the rocking chair to stop excessive worrying. 

A new study done by the Univ. of Rochester, that if you rock back and
forth, helps calms you down, Rocking for 30 mins. a day means a 30%
decrease in stress and even better... some say that rocking helped
them use less medication for their stress-induced headaches.

How does rocking help?
The Rhythmic motion of rocking prompts the brain to produce
feel good neurotransmitters which calm nerves and helps shut
down pain signals.

So, if you're a worrywart or just one who has a little too much anxiety in
your life, listen to Ms. Pickler and get out the Rockin Chair.
