The Black-Eyed Peas Rx For A Longer Life!
Fergie, one quarter of the group "The Black-Eyed Peas" has ambitions that
extend way past the group. She wants to expand her empire like the Jay-Z's,
the Nicki Minaj's and the Kanye's and branch out.
She wants to branch out by developing her own line of linens, shoes,
handbags and vodka.
That's right- Fergie has developed her own line of vodka and that could
help her bank account and our health.
Simply put: An alcoholic beverage a day, helps you in a number of ways,
like...
a) Weight-
Moderate drinking of alcohol revs metabolism and reduces the risk of obesity.
In fact, women who have a glass of wine a day, are generally leaner than the
women who totally avoid it.
b) Mood Booster-
Sure, 3 or more glasses of wine, beer or vodka can make you mean
and unpleasant, but just one drink can help you release feel-good endorphins,
making you feel more upbeat and positive.
c) A Longer Life-
A woman lived well into her 90's without heart disease, arthritis,
Alzheimer's or cancer- how? By cutting up a clove of garlic,
and then downing it with a shot of vodka. Moderate
drinking helps you avoid the major diseases that take
and shorten most peoples' lives.
So, are you ready for to add some vodka to your life?
Are you ready to help Fergie get richer?
Well, if you're ready, of age and don't have a problem with
alcohol, look below for a Choc. martini recipe to get you started.
The recipe listed below is for a White Chocolate Martini!

1 oz. vanilla vodka
1 oz. white chocolate liquer
(such as Godiva White Chocolate Liquer)
