Jennifer Aniston turned 44 about a week ago. If you're wondering how she

She does it with diet...
Eat well for 5 days and then on Sat. and Sunday, eat a burger with Fries
or a few slices of pizza.
Her other diet secret: Salad. That's right- Ms. Aniston reportedly had a salad
for lunch, the whole 10 yrs. she did the T.V, show- "Friends!"
Health advocates say that the more vegetables and fruits you get,
the longer you'll live. You'll also prevent a host of illnesses like diabetes,
Alzheimer's, heart disease, stroke and aging.
She does it with exercise...
Ms. Aniston is a big fan of Yoga and Pilates.
