Eat Greek For More Love!
Kelly Clarkson, the first American Idol winner and best selling artist
is getting married soon. Ms. Clarkson, like Jennifer Aniston and
Maria Menounos is of Greek descent.
And also like Jennifer Aniston and Maria Menounos, Kelly Clarkson
has struggled with weight.
Luckily, there's some good news...if Kelly Clarkson follows the diet of
her ancestors, not only will she lower heart attack and stroke risk,
she'll also maintain her weight and best of all, boost her sex drive
and libido.
That's right- the Mediterranean diet has been in the news for about
a decade as a way to stave off a host of health problems, and today-
the researchers say it can also do great things for those suffering from
a low or absent libido.
Give credit to the diet's emphasis on fruits, vegetables, goat milk, Greek
yogurt, herbs, whole grains, dark honey, nuts, seeds and olive oil,
all of which boost circulation and remove inflammation-making it easier
for blood to flow. Especially blood flow to the "below-the-belt" regions.
And also important- you must eliminate or eat only once in a while-
a sugary beverage or dessert, white flour, processed meats (ham and bologna),
charcoaled meats, high fructose treats and trans-fats.
That's it- And if Ms. Clarkson does follow the diet of her homeland,
she'll enjoy a long, successful and very happy marriage.
Good Luck!
