Hollywood's Green Rx For People Over 40!

                        Stop The Graying Of America!

We're in the middle of a revolution, what type of revolution?
A green revolution!
A green revolution is the increase of vegetables in our diets.

Thanks to Dr. Oz. Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Ellen Degeneres,
Kristen Bell and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Well, these people may be eating their fill of asparagus,

carrots, kale and beets, but they may be missing out on
a vegetable that can help them and you look a lot younger.

The vegetable: Wheatgrass.
Yes, that little patch of grass you see at the health-food store
or you grow at home.
And what is it that wheatgrass can do that asparagus, cucumbers
and kale can't do?

Turn your hair back to it's original color.
That's right, a woman (age 43) with a few gray hairs showing,  started to drink
some
wheatgrass each morning, hoping it would help boost energy.
The wheatgrass did more than that , it actually turned her hair back to its
original color.
And if you've  been using those expensive dyes, or spending money at
salons every 8 wks. perhaps you may want to take a shot each morning.

A shot of wheatgrass.
And a few more tips for those willing to try something not to great tasting
and all-natural.
* The wheatgrass will not work if you continue to eat a typical American diet.
An occasional splurge of a burger, fries and a milkshake is okay, but do it on
a regular basis and your hair will remain gray. You may want to think about
following the Paleo diet, the Mediterranean diet or a vegetarian diet to really
slow down the aging process.
* Look into growing your own... Wheatgrass. Go to Youtube for lessons

on how to grow your own wheatgrass.
You'll save money, plus you'll also know exactly what's going into your plants.

Good Luck!

Ellen's Fun Rx To Ease Back Pain!

Have Some Fun To End Back Pain!

Ellen Degeneres makes no secret about the problems she's
had with her back. If you ever watch Ellen and she says she has to
skip the dancing, that usually means her back is hurting her.

There are a number of ways to ease or even cure it, too many

to list here, but we will tell you what might end the tightness
and soreness and it's available at Disney World.

What is it?
Riding The Carousel or what you may call -- The Merry Go Round!
People who went to amusement parks and rode on Carousels
and other slow rides, reportedly felt much better (their backs) after
leaving the park.

Researchers say it isn't just Merry Go Rounds or Space Mountain
that's healing backs, it can also be bingo with good friends or
passing out toys and/or food to the less fortunate.
Getting involved in something fun or in someone who is struggling,
helps take your mind off of your own aches and pains.
And with 12 days of giveaways coming up, perhaps Ellen does it to

prevent back pain.

in Ellen's Rx To Heal A Sore Throat.

Good Luck!

Ellen Degeneres' Rx For Better Eyesight!

The Food Combo For Better Eyesight!

You know T.V. host Ellen DeGeneres likes to dance, give away stuff,
play pranks, have English sensations Rosie and Sophia Grace on...
frequently, and tend to her avocados.
That's right- Ellen and Portia own a large piece of land, that has a lot
of avocado trees.
If  you only use avocados to make guacamole, then it's time to make
a change. A change for better eyesight.

Yes, using the fruit (avocado is a fruit) and mixing it into a salad,
improves eyesight.
Avocados help you absorb more lutein, more alpha-carotene and
more beta-carotene. And these nutrients all help sharpen vision and
prevent macular degeneration, one of leading causes of blindness.

So, if failing eyesight is something you're afraid of- add a few slices
of avocados to your lettuce, tomato, carrots, onions, garlic, and
some cucumbers. And make sure the dressing contains some fat,
like olive or macadamia nut oil. And lastly, don't add strips of bacon,
croutons (especially from white bread) ham, cheese, and mayo.
Poor eyesight isn't the only thing you'll be worried about, a bigger
waistline will also be a concern.

Good Luck!
