Good Morning America's Rx For The Fall!

                       Apples For Better Health!

If you're a regular reader of this blog, then you may have read a post

(or two) about Good Morning America's weekday anchor--George Stephanopoulos.
What about George, you're probably asking?
He eats an apple a day.

George is probably one of the few people who's taken this
advice...literally.
And if you're into Fall and the endless supply of apples,

take advantage.
Why?
An apple a day as the saying goes, does more than keep the doctor

away, one a day can also...
* Help keep appetite under control.
 Eat one 20 mins. before lunch or dinner and you'll eat far less food.

* Lose weight-
 With your appetite under control, you're bound to lose weight.
* Prevent Cancer-

 Especially lung and colon cancer.
* Youthful Skin-
  A woman heated up apple slices with some milk.

  She let the slices cool down and then applied them to her face.
 Long story short, her skin looked like a 20 yr's old after doing this

 for 2 1/2 decades. Her age at the time she revealed this secret: 55.
  She started wearing apples at age 30.
  Eating them also helps.
* A Cavity Fighter-
 Concerned about cavities after eating some jelly beans or
 white carbs? Don't be- just make sure to eat an apple if you can
  get to a toothbrush. Apples help fight bacteria caused by

  sweets, candy and other foods.
* Reduce Blood Sugar-
 Concerned about becoming a diabetic?
 Compounds in apples help your body use sugar for fuel and rev up

 production of blood-sugar regulating insulin.
* Reduce Allergy Symptoms-
  Do you suffer from allergies come Spring and Fall?
 Try going gluten and dairy-free and eating more apples.
That's it-
Some more tips from the fruit that's been a favorite of newsman
George Stephanopolous for more than 3 decades.
Hey, this post could have been about Donald Trump,
the food he eats everyday, A cheeseburger.

Good Luck!
