Jessica Simpson's Rx For Gender Selection!

Choosing The Sex Of Your Baby!

Congrats to Jessica Simpson, who just gave birth to a baby girl
after 11 months.
If you want a girl or a boy and don't want to spend thousands on
medical procedures that may or may not work, here's something
called "Gender Selection" and it's been around for about 30 yrs.

Discovered by Dr. Landrum B. Shettles, who says that having
intercourseat particular times can help determine the sex of your baby.

So, if you're willing to try the easy and inexpensive method, here it is...
For A Boy-
Intercourse should occur as close to the time of ovulation as possible.
Before intercourse douche with one quart warm water and 2 tbs. of baking
soda. Avoid intercourse completely from the beginning of the monthly cycle
until the day of ovulation.

For A Girl-
Abstain from intercourse 2 to 3 days before ovulation, then douche with 2 tbs.
of white vinegar to 1 quart warm water prior to intercourse.

That's it- And if you need help with determining ways to track ovulation,
ask your Dr. or Ob-Gyn or go online to Planbaby.com for some more
great tips. Also type Dr. Landrum B. Shettles into a search bar at
Google for more info on deciding the gender of your next child.

Good Luck!

Jessica Simpson's Rx For Pregnancy Cravings!

Do Not Eat Like Jessica Simpson!
If you're a regular reader of this blog, then you may have read our post on Beyonce
and "pregnancy cravings." The post was about how not to go overboard on certain foods.
This post is similar in nature.

Ms. Simpson revealed to an interviewer that she's has a ton of cravings
and unfortunately,
she's giving in to them.
Why is this a problem?
Giving in to cravings for fatty and sugary foods can set your future child up with a
host of health problems like...
1) High Blood Pressure
2) Diabetes
3) Behavorial Problems- not listening in class, an inability to learn,
unable to sit still and just plain disruptive.
4) Cravings- For the foods you indulged in.
5) Skin problems like eczema and psoriosis.
6) Depression- see behavorial problems.

And many more health problems that could've easily been avoided had Mom
done the right thing and followed a diet of whole and natural foods.
The term "eating for two" is more than a catchy catch phrase.
And we're not discriminating- this applies to Dads as well. Eating well before
conceiving-is vitally important to future dads.

That's it- With Ms. Simpson's bank account, she could easily find a
naturopath and find out the best dietary plan to avoid the chicken nuggets,
chicken-fried steak, thick milk shakes and greasy fries.

Good Luck!
