Sunglasses That Prevent Sun Damage!

                                 Choose The Right Sunglasses!

If you think of a Hollywood star what are some of the images you see?

Youthfulness. Good Looks. A slim and trim figure.
Sunglasses!

Yes, Sunglasses.

And if you wear sunglasses during the Summer, make sure they're the sunglasses
that will protect your skin.
Skin protection from your sunglasses?
Again, it's a yes.

Reflections off metal sun glass frames are a common cause of sun damage

around the cheeks and the bridge of the nose.
To protect yourself, (mainly the cheeks and the bridge of the nose)
choose sunglasses with plastic frames, which won't bounce light

onto your skin.

Good Luck and Good Tanning!

The Award Show's Beverage Rx For a Stronger Heart!

Drink Your Way To Better Heart Health!

You may already know about the benefits of drinking coffee, tea and hot cocoa,

but do you know that a drink popular in some parts of France and  a favorite
at after-party award shows also benefits your health.
And what drink is that, you ask?
Champagne.

Yes, the beverage that only a small percentage of the people can afford
(stars and other high rollers) can actually boost heart health.

How?
Those fizzy bubbles increase circulation and your levels of nitric oxide,  a molecule
that helps relax blood vessels.

Champagne also reduces inflammation and protects against plaque, top causes
of heart disease. And yes, the alcohol also benefits your health. Just make sure
you stop after 1 or 1 1/2 drinks.
And lastly, champagne also helps keep your brain in tip-top shape,
(prevent dementia) and your hair from thinning. (use it as a hair mask-along with an

egg yolk).

So, if you're able to afford a bottle of the bubbly, this Christmas or New Year's
Eve, remember this post and toast to a younger heart, a better brain
and thick luxurious locks.

Look for the E-book--The Healing Powers of Alcohol, over at Amazon.com/the
kindle store. Learn how a beer, a shot or a glass of wine can turbo-charge your

health.

Good Luck!
