Hollywood's Rx For Using The New Sunscreen!

                           Use Makeup With Sunscreen!

Do you ever think of some product or new invention and think--
"Why didn't I think of that?"
Well, you may be saying that after reading about a
makeup that contains sunscreen.

In one of our posts' from the past, we talked about the foods
that can help protect your skin from the Sun's harmful

rays, but you may need more help and that help comes in
the form of makeup with sunscreen already added.

You may think, I'm over 40 or over 50, do I really need sunscreen?
In a word, Yes.

Applying some helps slow skin aging by 20%, plus it helps
repair the sun damage, age spots, and wrinkles that
have been with you for some time.
And if you don't like the greasiness of sunscreen and want
an alternative, you can have it, thanks to moisturizers,
eyeliners, lipsticks, and foundations that have it (sunscreen)
already added.
And there's more- since it's lipstick and foundation, you won't
become neglectful or forgetful about taking it. You do have to
reapply your makeup, so get both things out of the way.

And lastly, you may want to think about taking a
a supplement that's winning rave reviews as something that'll

really reduce the age spots, fine lines and sun damage from yrs.
past. The product: Pycnogenol!
It comes from the bark of pine trees in France, and in addition
to helping slow and reverse the aging process, it can also help  frequent
flyers who experience jet lag.
Look for the product--Natural Factors Pycnogenol, online at
SwansonVitamin.com, price--$21.
Important tip: make sure you talk to your Dr. or healthcare
provider before taking any type of supplement.
And for the makeup, go to a well-stocked beauty supply store
and ask for SPF-infused makeup, with a SPF of 15 or more.

That's it- here's to protecting one of your most precious
commodities...your skin!

Good Luck!

Uma Thurman's Fall Rx For Beautiful Skin!

                      Look Younger Like Uma Thurman!

Uma Thurman was last seen doing a guest spot on the NBC show-"Smash."
Ms. Thurman like some stars seems to improve with age, her age: Early 40's,
and if you're wondering how that's possible-give credit to Halloween.
Halloween? Yes, it's rumored that Ms. Thurman is a big fan of pumpkins,

more specifically- Facial products that contain pumpkin.

And that's great-considering that not enough women and (metrosexual men)
aren't aware of the importance of foods like carrots, butternut and acorn squash,
and sweet potatoes in helping to stave off the aging process by 5, 10 or even 15 yrs.
Why are they so important? Orange foods like the ones mentioned, contain vitamin
A, and although omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin C are important, vitamin A may be
the most important nutrient needed to combat aging. And another benefit of orange foods:
they'll give you a natural tan, helping you to avoid the tanning beds and the Sun.

So, if you're approaching 40 or if you're 25 and you want to look younger for
as long as possible, do like Uma and smear on some pumpkin.
Look for beauty products that contain pumpkin, or buy some canned pumpkin, (1/4 cup)
add an egg yolk and some plain yogurt, mix thoroughly, lie back on a lounge
chair and smear the mixture on your face, neck and the back of your hands.
Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.
Do this a few times a week and then once a week for maintenance, and  you'll have
friends, relatives and strangers telling you "that you look way younger than your
actual age!"
And also important: don't forget to eat some of the above mentioned foods,
right now, you can get a bargain on a lot of these foods.

Good Luck!
