The Valentine's Day Movie Rx For A Happier Valentine's Day!

                           Valentine's Day Happiness Rxs!

Valentine's day is already here again, to help you get in the mood,
why not rent the movie "Valentine's day?"
You remember the 2010 movie that seemed to cast every Hollywood
star- like...Jessica Biel, Eric Dane, Bradley Cooper, Anne Hathaway,
Ashton Kutcher, Lea Michelle, plus many more stars.

If this movie doesn't get you or your significant other
in a giving mood, perhaps the following tips will.

What type of tips?
Tips that'll help you or your significant other boost health,
ward off anxiety, and make your relationship (or marriage)
stronger. Continue reading...
a) Keep Your Heart Strong-
How? With chocolate. That's right, chalk up another benefit
for the dark treat. 2 oz. of dark choc. a day can lower blood
pressure and improve blood flow and keep you out of the
emergency room.
b) Give, Give and Give-
Guys, reluctant to give a gift? Do it and reduce your stress and
anxiety levels. Making your loved ones feel special and cherished
activates the maternal response, and that helps reduce your levels
of the stress hormones known as cortisol.
One tip: Just make sure it's a gift your lady really wants or
you'll really have stress and anxiety.
c) Drink Wine-
Just like chocolate, a glass of wine can benefit your health, how?
By keeping your brain intact. That's right- if you're concerned about
Alzheimer's or forgetfulness, drink some wine and put those thoughts aside.
Wine has compounds that mop up the free radicals before they get
a chance to do damage. Make it one glass a day, or you risk more
than a faltering brain.
d) Stop Blue Moods-
How? By cuddling. Yes, we know-some guys are opposed to it, but tell
them they can prevent blue moods and depression by doing it.
That's right- cuddling, holding hands and kissing boosts levels of
Oxytocin, a hormone that boosts moods and keeps blue moods
at bay. And Winter is a time when a lot of people experience
SAD, and cuddling is a low-cost, much more safer way to
prevent it.
e) Starbucks-
A cup of cappuccino can do for your love life, what wine does for
your heart health. Thanks to the calcium in a cup of cappuccino,
it'll help get you in the mood. The mood for love.
Not a fan or don't want the calories? Regular coffee also works.

f) For Adults Only-
If you or your significant other is too tired to make love on
Valentine's day or any day for that matter, you may want to rethink

that--why? Lovemaking can fend off colds and flu. That's right-
guys may use this now, and they'll be telling the truth.
Making love once or twice a week boost immune systems considerably
helping you produce more cold-fighting antibodies.

That's it- 6 tips women and men (especially men) should take
part in Valentine's day. Want more tips like these?

Desperate Housewives' Rx For A Female Problem!

Drink Wine Like A Desperate Housewife!

If you were a fan of Depserate Housewives- then you know that Ms. Hatcher
loved her wine. A glass or two of wine can bring some very beneficial
health perks. Perks like less weight (especially around the waist)
brighter moods and less pain during the menstrual cycle.

And according to new research, there's another benefit of a glass of
wine, the benefit: Helping to prevent bladder infections.

Yes, the blend of alcohol and sulphur dioxide in wine, (particularly white)
kills troublemaking E coli.

That's it- and if you're already going through a bladder infection,
skip the wine until your infection clears up, it (wine) can make UTI bacteria
grow faster.
