The Positive Benefits of Watching T.V. and Movies!

Watch Your Favorite Shows and Become Healthier!

No, that title isn't a misprint, simply put, watching certain types of
movies and television shows can improve your health, your stress levels,
your willpower and your love lives.

Need proof?
Well, continue reading and get all of the proof you need.

a) Eliminate Stress-

By doing the very thing Jennifer Aniston, and what is that?
She watches Animal Planet (The Puppy Bowl) and online videos
of animals playing and frolicking.
Another stress reliever: Tearjerkers, like Beaches and Titanic.
b) Raise Your Metabolism-
A lot of us need help with this, and the types of movies that'll help
are scary ones. Movies like We Are Still Here or T.V. shows like

The Walking Dead, help keep us on the edge of our seats, raising metabolism.
A little boost, but still a boost.
c) Get Some Willpower-
How by watching Jennifer Aniston or Jerry Seinfeld, reruns.
Old shows like these help increase our willpower.
d) An Increase In Happiness-
Want more happiness while watching television?
Stay away from local news (the first 10 mins.) the election news, or 24 hr. news shows,
instead - watch House of Cards or Scandal. Catching up and watching 6, 7
or more hrs. of these types of shows can make you happier. How?

Getting involved in all of that drama and intrigue can distract you from
all of things making you unhappy.
e) Build a Better Brain-
By watching thrillers. Movies where you have to guess who's the villain,
or what's going to happen next, requires some smarts.
f) Reduce Anxiety-
Female anxiety. Singer Taylor Swift and actress Amanda Seyfried both said
they suffered from anxiety and if you too, also suffer from bouts of anxiety,
watch "Chick Flicks" that's right, seeing women helping each other or
seeing women doing the impossible is a great stress reliever.
Order Beaches or Thelma and Louise this weekend and avoid that
anxiety attack.
g) Stronger Family Ties-
Watch the Sound of Music or Little Big Shots with Steve Harvey.
Watching wholesome television as a family is almost like having dinner
together.

And 1 more tip, if you're an unabashed television lover and "Couch potato"
and have no plans on changing, you're in luck, just head to
Amazon.com/the kindle store and download--see title to the right,
and learn how to keep arteries clear and youthful and avoid that
heart attack, learn what exercises are best for couch potatoes,
tips to keep your back healthy while watching all of that television, and

learn the type of movies men should watch, if their women want more passion.
And lastly, if you need an income while sitting on the couch, go to these sites, earn money doing what you love--couch sitting and watching your favorite shows and movies.

That's it- for today, Enjoy.

Good Luck!

Kim K's Rx For A Long Life!

                         Live Long Like Kim Kardashian!

Living till 100, what does it take?
A good diet, good genes, or a serious exercise
regimen. It probably requires all of the above, and
then there are some things other than diet, exercise
or good genetics.

What is it?
Keeping some extra weight. Looking like Kim K,
and not Keira Knightley will add some 10 extra yrs.
to your life. People who carry 10 to 20 extra pounds
at middle age live about 7 yrs. longer than their thinner
sisters. Why is this so? A little extra padding bolsters
your immune system, making it easier to fend off illnesses.

Another plus...the extra weight around your thighs and
buttocks help you in the event of a fall, which means it'll
be harder to break a hip or your tailbone.

So, if you've been obsessing over those last 10 or 20 lbs.
stop worrying- they (the pounds) may help you live a little longer.

Good Luck!

Boost Longevity!

  Finding A Mate!

If you're like stars Jenny McCarthy, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Kirstie Alley
and Courtney Cox then you know how hard it is to find "Mr. Right,"
Well, as of this writing, Ms. McCarthy may have found her Mr. Right in
Chicago, as in Brian Urlacher of the Chicago Bears.

But, for the other stars they may want to try the tip listed below...
The tip: According to  a survey of over 10,000 people, women had the most
successful matches by signing up for a job-related networking event or taking
an adult education class, both of these methods led by 35%.
And after school and work, was a recommendation from a friend or family member,
dating sites, bars, clubs and social events came in last.

So, if you're having trouble in your dating life, you may want to take a look at your
classmate or work partner. Some other tips unrelated to the article, wear pink when going
out, (men respond favorably to pink) and reread our tip on natural perfumes/aphrodisiacs,
The Jennifer Love Hewitt Rx For A Successful Date.

As for Ms. Alley, Ms. Cox and Ms. Love Hewiit, getting a date from school is out of the
question. As for work- another "flaky" actor it is.

Good Luck!
