Hollywood's Rx For Applying Lipstick!

Avoiding The Lip-Stick On Your Teeth!

Do you apply lipstick, go about your business and then have someone
tell you, "there's lipstick on your teeth!"

Well, don't let it happen again- use this simple tip from a top
celebrity
stylist.

The tip: After putting on your lipstick, put a straw in your mouth.
Pucker your lips around the straw and slowly glide it out.

The straw pulls off any lipstick on the inside of your lips, which
spares your smile from red, plum or coral lipstick stains.

Good Luck!

VH1s Rx For Beautiful Lips!

                                 Makeup Tip  From VH1!

Any fans of the hot reality show- La La'a Full Court?
It's all about the life of La La Anthony, wife of N.Y. Knick-Carmelo Anthony.
Well, one thing about Ms. Anthony- she isn't relying only on her good
looks and financial backing from her husband to get her through life.

No, she's developed a whole cosmetic line called Motives For LaLa,
an extension of the award- winning Motives By Loren Ridinger,

cosmetic brands and the line includes mineral based lipstick, blushes,
lipshines and more.

One thing that isn't mentioned, but could help a lot of people,
is whether or not the lipstick is gluten-free.
That's right- gluten-free lipstick.
About 3 million women have celiac disease, (a disorder of the small
intestines that's triggered  by an adverse reaction to gluten, a protein
in wheat).

And now, some are saying that women don't have to only watch
gluten in bread, pasta, soy sauce or ketchup, but their lipstick as well.
Many lipsticks contain the protein, and when you apply it, then lick
your lips or eat with lipstick on, you now have some gluten in your
system which can trigger upset stomach, bloating, tiredness, diarrhea
and weight gain.

So, if you're one of the 3 million women who can't tolerate gluten,
perhaps a little note or email to LaLa and ask her about including
some "Gluten-Free Lipstick" in her new cosmetic line,
and if she says "it'll take time" or "I'll look into it"
just look on the side of the tube and if you see any of these words,
avoid it- "hydrolyzed wheat, with protein, gluten, starch, bran, germ
or amino acids. And here are  a few more-barley extract, grain extract,
oat kernel, oat extract, protein, flour, or amino acids.

That's quite a list, but how important is your health?
Maybe LaLa Anthony knows the answer.

Good Luck!
