Beyonce's Rx For Finding The Right Lipstick!

                                Finding Lipstick For Valentine's Day! 

Valentine's Day is less than a week away, and that means a lot
of women will be dressing to impressing. And with that dress to impress, 
a lot of women will also be dressing their lips.

That's right- Red hot lipstick is a big seller this time of yr. and if you
want some tips on buying and applying red lipstick, just look below...
The right application technique depends on the shape of your lips.
a) For Smaller Lips-
Lightly feather a red lip liner over your entire lip, right up to the edge
of your lip line. Gently press your lips together to seal in the color.
And finally, use a small lip brush to carefully apply liner. The liner will keep
the color from bleeding, plus slightly enhance the size of your lips.

b) For Fuller Lips-

just inside your lip line. Press your lips together to seal in the color.
