Hollywood's Rx For Late Night Snacking!

                           Eat Less At Night! 

Some Hollywood stars are just like you, they also have to watch what
they eat and some have food cravings that get the best of them. 

If you find yourself eating that bowl of ice cream at 10:00 pm 
or later, or that bowl of chili at 9:00 pm, then you may have to use
a smaller utensil.

A smaller utensil? Yes, according to new research- using a spoon
fit for a baby or a spoon you use to measure a liquid for baking
may be the best way to fight those cravings.
Small bites make you chew and swallow more often, so fullness
signals reach the brain sooner to shut down your appetite.

So, next time you want some ice cream or a bowl of popcorn,
