Champagne and Chocolate!
Another Valentine's day is gone, and for many of you out there,
that means leftovers. No, we're not talking spaghetti or steak,
the leftovers we're talking about is champagne, chocolate and
roses.
Do you have these things? And if you do, what do plan on doing with
them?
If you're not sure, use them again, but use to make yourself more beautiful.
That's right- Leftover Valentine's day gifts as personal spa treatments.
In Hollywood, the name of the game is recycling and today, you're going to
be like Hollywood and recycle those gifts.
Look below, and learn how Valentine's day gifts can make you more
youthful and beautiful.
a) Champagne-
Too expensive for most, and that's why you can't let any of it go to waste.
Leftover champagne can thicken hair. Yup, if thinning hair is a concern, let
Dom Perignon work his magic. To use: Wash your hair, and instead of conditioner,
pour a cup of champagne into your hair. Massage it in, leave it alone for an hour or
a few hours, and then rinse it out.
The grapes in champagne contain vitamin B and other antioxidants that strip
dulling buildup to help hair look thicker and more lustrous.
Flat champagne also works.
And no, your hair won't smell like Champagne.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
b) Chocolate-
Tired of spending money on expensive creams and moisturizers?
Save your money and use unsweetened cocoa. Run a bath and pour in
1 cup of milk and 2 tbsps. of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Hop in, lie back and relax for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cocoa rebuilds skin and makes it more elastic.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
c) Roses-
Don't let those roses die, take the petals, drop them into a basin
of warm water and soak your feet for 10 to 15 mins.
Crushing the petals releases the oils and the oils help soften
the rough skin on your feet, (especially the heels).
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That's it-- 3 uses for those leftover Valentine's day gifts.
Good Luck!
