A Glowing Complexion!
The Winter months take a toll on a lot of things...your waistline, your hair
and your skin. And if you're spending a lot of time indoors, with all
of that dry air and heat, make sure you take care of your skin.
How?
By heading to the kitchen and getting some cornmeal, honey, milk
and cinnamon.
Mix together a Tbs. of cornmeal, a tsp. of honey, a 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
and a Tbs. (or 2 ) of milk.
Apply this to your slightly damp face using small circular movements.
Yes, it's an exfoliant, and when you gently scrub your face, you're getting
rid of the dry skin cells that result from the cold air and plethora of
Holiday goodies.
After scrubbing your face, splash some warm water on your face
and pat it (your face) dry.
That's it- an inexpensive exfoliant for those of you who are on a budget.
And one last tip: make sure to do this (the exfoliating) on your day
off from work (or school) as some redness may occur.
And if you really want some more great tips on how to avoid
a lot of the beauty problems (hat hair, dry feet, blotchy skin, etc.)
associated with Winter, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and type Frozen--Overcoming The Winter Beauty Problems, in the
search bar.
Good Luck!
