The Kitchen Cure For Dry Winter Skin!

                            A Glowing Complexion!

The Winter months take a toll on a lot of things...your waistline, your hair

and your skin. And if you're spending a lot of time indoors, with all
of that dry air and heat, make sure you take care of your skin.
How?

By heading to the kitchen  and getting some cornmeal, honey, milk
and cinnamon.

Mix together a Tbs. of cornmeal, a tsp. of honey, a 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
and a Tbs. (or 2 ) of milk.
Apply this to your slightly damp face using small circular movements.

Yes, it's an exfoliant, and when you gently scrub your face, you're getting
rid of the dry skin cells that result from the cold air and plethora of
Holiday goodies.
After scrubbing your face, splash some warm water on your face
and pat it (your face) dry.

That's it- an inexpensive exfoliant for those of you who are on a budget.
And one last tip: make sure to do this (the exfoliating) on your day
off from work (or school) as some redness may occur.

And if you really want some more great tips on how to avoid
a lot of the beauty problems (hat hair,  dry feet, blotchy skin, etc.)
associated with Winter, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and type Frozen--Overcoming The Winter Beauty Problems, in the
search bar.

Good Luck!

Disney Rx For Picky Eaters!

The Frozen Rx For Helping Kids!

Are you dealing with a picky eater? You know, the type that rather
eat chicken nuggets instead of fruit.

Well, believe it or not, Elsa can help.
Elsa from the movie "Frozen?"

Yes, that Elsa, and the way she or Ariel can help...
The next time you want your little one to eat something

healthy, ask her or him, what would Elsa or Woody (From
"Toy Story") eat.
This simple question helps kids make better food choices.
And even when children say their fictional hero

would pick a burger and fries, they're still more likely to
choose nutritious food for themselves.

Researchers think that asking this question of your little

one interrupts their thinking, "resetting" their brain
so they're more likely to make a wise decision--and it works
for adults as well.

That's it, and if you're an adult and you're concerned about
the Frozen temperatures ruining your looks,
(you know, dry skin, rough elbows and heels, dry brittle hair)

head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and type
Frozen- Natural Remedies To Overcome The Winter
Beauty Blues in the search bar. Download a copy and
prepare your face and body for the Spring.

Good Luck!
