The Kitchen Cure For Dry Winter Skin!

                            A Glowing Complexion!

The Winter months take a toll on a lot of things...your waistline, your hair

and your skin. And if you're spending a lot of time indoors, with all
of that dry air and heat, make sure you take care of your skin.
How?

By heading to the kitchen  and getting some cornmeal, honey, milk
and cinnamon.

Mix together a Tbs. of cornmeal, a tsp. of honey, a 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
and a Tbs. (or 2 ) of milk.
Apply this to your slightly damp face using small circular movements.

Yes, it's an exfoliant, and when you gently scrub your face, you're getting
rid of the dry skin cells that result from the cold air and plethora of
Holiday goodies.
After scrubbing your face, splash some warm water on your face
and pat it (your face) dry.

That's it- an inexpensive exfoliant for those of you who are on a budget.
And one last tip: make sure to do this (the exfoliating) on your day
off from work (or school) as some redness may occur.

And if you really want some more great tips on how to avoid
a lot of the beauty problems (hat hair,  dry feet, blotchy skin, etc.)
associated with Winter, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and type Frozen--Overcoming The Winter Beauty Problems, in the
search bar.

Good Luck!

Post Oscar Makeup Rxs!

             Makeup Tips For Women Everywhere!

If you watched the "Oscars" last night, you saw Hollywood stars looking their
best from head to toe.
And even though many of us, (regular folks) can't compete with the stars and
their trainers, nutritionists and stylists, we can compete with them in one
way.

And what way is that, you ask?
We can get an instant glow like them.

That's right, it doesn't take a team of hair and makeup people
to help our faces look fresh and youthful, all it take is a little time

and a product that's available at most drugstores.
The product: Luminizer.
And if you want luminous skin for a party, dinner date or a night out with the
girls, do the following...
a) Your Cheeks-
Tap a luminizer (gently) just on the tops of your cheeks.
And when the light hits your cheekbones, it will illuminate your
cheekbones, giving you a more uplifted look.
b) Brighter Skin-

Something that's needed during this unending Winter season,
and to brighten your skin- just add a few drops of luminizer to your
foundation. Doing this gives your whole face a youthful, dewy glow.

c) Bring Out Your Eyes-
Dip your makeup brush into your luminizer, then sweep it onto your

brow bones, dot it in the inner corners of your eyes and glide it underneath
your lower lash line. This brings a radiant light around your eyes, which
also intensifies their color.
d) Angelina Jolie Lips-
Use a lip liner to outline the heart-shape bumps on your top lip and the
center curve on your bottom lip. And when these specific areas seem wider,
your lips will look fuller.
Hey, perhaps this is the trick Kylie Jenner is using.
* And for that Luminizer, Look for Couture Get Luminous Luminizer.
