Amy Adams Slimming Pancake Rx!

                               Breakfast Treat From Amy Adams!
Amy Adams the red-head who starred in such movies as
"The Muppets"and "The Fighter" loves pancakes.
What she doesn't love is  the calories.

So, she  did some research and came up with this
recipe that not only tastes great, but is low calorie as well.
Listed below is her recipe.

The Amy Adams Pancake Recipe:
1/2 cup plain rolled oats (preferably steel-cut)
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
2 egg whites.
Mix well and pour a small amount into a hot skillet
that's been preheated with Pam baking spray.
This mixture should make about 3 small pancakes.
Or if you want to avoid making your own,
look for a pancake mix loaded with protein.
