Female Star's Faith Rx For a Longer Life!

                       Have Faith Like Jennifer!

You may think because it's "Hollywood" many of the stars don't have or
practice any kind of religion, and if you think that, you're sadly mistaken.

According to some insiders, the 2 biggest stars who really care about and are dedicated
to their faith are Jennifer Garner and Mark Walhberg.
Yes, we know, Mark Walhberg in all of those shoot em up films, but he
goes to church every morning, he says to pray and give thanks
and Ms. Garner said it (her belief in God) helped her get through this past yr.
(a breakup and maybe a makeup).

And a belief in God can help you through a lot of things, and if you're a woman-
it can actually help you live longer.

Live Longer?
Yes, according to a recent article in the Journal of Medicine, the more often
a woman attends religious services, the lower of risk of death from all

diseases.
How much lower?
A 35% lower risk of death.

Why the benefits for women and not for men?
Researchers think that women  form special bonds with other women
(planning dinners, doing the cooking,  teaching classes, cleaning up, etc).

and men don't have such close ties with other men.

So, ladies, if you're interested in living longer, you may want to
look into getting involved in some type of religion and
if you're dead set against any kind of religion, that's okay, just
do what Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow and Courtney Cox do,
what is that?
Remain life-long friends, go out to lunch, shop, gossip and attend each
other's weddings.

Good Luck!

Low-Cost Beauty Products For All Women!

Kitchen Cures For Your Beauty Woes!

Ladies, if you think you have to spend small fortunes (like some stars)
to look your absolute best, you're wrong.
When you pay a hefty amount  for a small amount of moisturizing cream
or a  body scrub, you're actually paying more for the decorative
container the product comes in.

That's right, that 2 oz. of lotion or cream isn't really that much,
and if you're the type that prefers to use everyday common items to
enhance your beauty, you're in luck.
The following list of common household items are really inexpensive and
just as effective as the pricey beauty products you see in beauty supply

shops and drugstores.
So, if you're one who loves to save money and use what's available
from your refrigerator or pantry, just look below and get started on a

new and improved more beautiful you.

a) Be like Kylie-
Don't jeopardize  your lips (with surgery)in the hopes of getting that "pouty" look,
just mix some cinnamon with vitamin E, (break open a capsule) and smear
this combo on your clean, dry lips.
b) Baking Soda-
Mentioned in past posts, this box of 99 cents wonderment is the go-to beauty
solution for Queen Latifah and Nancy O'Dell of "Entertainment Tonight.

The Queen uses some in her bath water for silky smooth skin,
and Ms. O'Dell makes a paste of baking soda and water and gently exfoliates
the dead skin off of her face.
Another use- a scrub for your lips. Use once or twice a week, you don't want to

take too much skin off, then you'll need cinnamon and vit. E or a surgeon, (like Kylie)
c) Garlic-
Oh no, many are concerned about the smell, but placing some garlic
in a bowl with some olive or coconut oil can help strengthen nails.
Place your nails in this combo for 3 to 5 minutes a few times a week to

make nails tougher and stronger. Also make some dietary changes.
Look to the new and improved Atkins diet or the "Wheat Belly" diet
to get the nails of your dreams.
d) Be Like Jessica-
No, not Alba or Biel, but Simpson. She uses a strawberry on her teeth to make

them movie star bright. Just rub 1/2  of a fresh strawberry on your teeth.
e) Coconut Oil-
The coconut oil craze is still going strong, and if you use it to cook delicious
meals, save some and use it a moisturizer, (after a bath or shower) on your skin,
to remove makeup or control your frizzy locks.

Go to Pinterest and type coconut oil beauty products in the search bar
for more tips.
f) For Runners and Walkers-
A number of stars walk and run to stay in shape and remain youthful,
and if you also like to stay in shape this way but hate the blisters
that follow- get out your deodorant. Yes, roll some deodorant
on the soles of your feet (and toes) and then venture out to run or walk.

That's it- some low-cost beauty hacks for women who may live in

Beverly Hills Calif. or any small town in the U.S.A.

And if you want more great info like this, head on over to Amazon.com
and type Beauty Rxs From The World's Most Beautiful Women

Hollywood's Yoga Rx For More Energy!

                               Boost Energy Naturally!

If you've been following the news this past week, then you're well aware of the
warnings about energy drinks.
You know, the same warnings they (researchers and nutritionists) have been
telling us the past 5 yrs. and those warnings: energy drinks increase your risk
of a heart attack, raise blood pressure,  make you jittery, etc.

So, what do you do to boost energy levels?

Drink lots of coffee
Eat sugary snacks
Take a nap
or do a few minutes of Yoga?

Yoga?
Yes, the form of exercise many stars prefer,  (Madonna, Jennifer Aniston, Kaley Cuoco,
and Gwyneth Paltrow) and if you find yourself lacking the energy to
make it all the way through an afternoon, take after your favorite stars
and do yoga as well.
What type of yoga?
A simple 30 second session from a chair.

30 seconds?
Yes, and all you have to do is...
Grab a chair, sit on the edge of that chair, put your hands behind you, reach all
to the back of the chair and push your chest out and tilt your head back.

Now, all you have to do is-inhale deeply, hold for a count of five and exhale slowly.
Repeat this 3 or 4 more times.

How does this help?
This yoga move stimulates the nervous system and boosts oxygen flow, giving
you an increase in energy to get through the rest of your school or workday,

all without extra caffeine, sugar or sleep.

Good Luck!

One last tip: New research says that the best and most effective way to look
10 to 20 yrs. younger is by avoiding the Sun.
Yes, 10 to 15 minutes is ideal for getting your RDA of vitamin D, but anymore

and you run the risk of looking 10 or more yrs. older.
So, do you go outside for 10 minutes and then run back in?
Or do you slather on tons of sunscreen?
Well, both options offer some protection, but staying indoors
for the rest of your life is unrealistic and constantly applying sunscreen
may do you more harm.
So, what else is there, you ask?
How about eating your way to better protection (from the Sun)
How?
By heading to Amazon.com/the kindle store and typing see title down below...
 in the search bar.
Learn how watermelon, tomatoes, guava and the peels from oranges, tangerines
and limes can do a way better job than any sunscreen.

An Old Sitcom's Rx For Living Till 100!

                                      Jennifer Aniston's Longevity Secret!

If you want to live till you're 90's or beyond you may want to take
some advice from an old sitcom. And for those who feel 70 to 80 yrs. is enough,
you may want to stop reading right about now.

Longevity experts always have a list of things you should and shouldn't

do to reach 90 yrs. of age or more, you know, things like...
*exercise more
* eat less meat
* eat more beans
* eat fewer (or no) processed foods
* drink green tea
* cut out wheat
* attend some type of religious service
* never pick up a cigarette (or quit smoking)
And on and on, but surprisingly, the following tip
from a top sitcom may help you reach your goal (of getting to 100 yrs. of age)
better and more easily than all of the tips listed above.
What is it?
Spend a great deal of time with Friends.

Yes, the old sitcom "Friends" starring Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow,
Courtney Cox, David Schwimmer, and the 2 Matts were onto to something
way back in 1993 and that something was- a good group of close-knit
friends can...

* help you get slim and stay slim
* keep your memory sharp
* prevent heart troubles
* and boost moods- keeping you happy and depression-free.
That's it, and if you're spending huge amounts of money on vitamins,
special beverages, organic this and that, remember the answer to living

well into your 80's and 90's may be on your flat screen...as in reruns for
 old episodes of Friends.
Thanks Ms. Aniston-Theroux.

Good Luck!

The Hollywood Exercise To Reduce Appetites!

Exercise Your Way To A Reduced Appetite!

An out-of-control appetite is a problem for millions of Americans,
and if you ever hope to get weight under control (or maintain your weight)
then you must do something about it.
And thanks to new research, that something may come in the form
of a yoga class.
But not just any yoga class, "hot yoga" or Bikram yoga to be exact.

What is it?
Performing yoga in a room that's over 90 degrees.
And if you need some proof that this works, you can look to

stars like Kaley Cuocco, Jennifer Aniston, Jenny McCarthy,
David Beckham, Lady GaGa, Anna Paquin, Madonna
and Demi Moore.

Ms. Aniston has been doing this type of yoga for over
10 yrs. and credits it with helping her get both her mind

and body right after a very public divorce. (Brangelina).
So, if you've been through Weight Watcher's, Jenny Craig,
prayer sessions, hypnosis and starvation in the hopes that it would
control your appetite, then maybe it's time for some yoga, Hot yoga.

And one last word of advice:
If you haven't exercised in awhile, if you're really out of shape,
if you smoke or if you have some type of health problem,
(high or low blood pressure, heart condition) you may want to skip the
hot yoga. Talk it over with your personal physician or healthcare provider
and find the exercise program that best suits you.

Good Luck!

A Hollywood Couple's Baby Rx For New Hollywood Parents!

                More Benefits of Breastfeeding!

Congrats to new Hollywood parents Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
They're the proud parents of a boy or a girl, (they haven't revealed the sex yet)
And if they're (or she) is on the fence about breastfeeding, they should take
advice from a Hollywood couple that has a one yr. old.

The couple with the one yr. old: Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde.
You may remember the uproar Ms. Wilde caused when she was photographed
breastfeeding son Otis.
Well, Ms. Wilde says she'll continue to do it, and not worry about the negative
Nellies and the haters.
And if Blake and Ryan haven't decided on their choice of nourishing their little one,
they may want to follow Olivia and do the same.

Why?
New research says that breastfeeding may help kids in terms of weight management,
fewer allergies, normal blood pressure, avoid diabetes, stronger bones,
a better brain and the new discovery, it (B.F.) can cut your child's risk of developing asthma.
Babies who are just fed via the breasts during their first 4 months are 35% less
likely to develop asthma by their 8th birthday.

So, if you're a new mom or plan on giving birth in the not-to-distant future,
hold onto to this post.
And lastly, if you do breastfeed for 4 months or 1 yr. and then go off the rails,

diet-wise, (white foods, fried foods, starchy foods, processed foods and sugary drinks)
it's highly likely your child will get more than asthma.

Good Luck!
