An Actor's Unusual Rx For Healing!

                    Be Like Mark & Pray!

Many people may not know this but actor Mark Wahlberg is a Christian.
Nothing unusual about that, but we don't mean church once a week, no- we're talking about someone who goes to to church
everyday (early in the morning) to say a prayer and to say thanks for all of the blessings in his life.

This wasn't always the case- Mr. Wahlberg was once a troubled, violent kid who was looking at some serious jail time, but
thanks to family, (brother Donnie, Mom and Hollywood) and recommitting himself to religion, Mr.Wahlberg was
able to turn things around.

You may still be a disbeliever and that's okay, but if weight is
an issue and you're really struggling, perhaps a
prayer may be able to help you overcome (overeating, bored eating, etc).
that's right- a prayer... just look below and read the prayer
on the bag you see listed to the right, and then head to Zazzle.com
and pick up that bag.

And one last tip--
There's also a bag there for couples struggling with infertility,
look for the bag, order it and you'll get the complete prayer.
(Send us a note at this site--that you want that specific bag
and we'll put the rest of the prayer up for you)
Hey, a prayer that might work is certainly easier, cheaper
and safer than infertility treatments.

Good Luck!

Hollywood Special Effects Rx For Women!

                         Lower The Volume!

Ladies, you may be concerned about breast cancer, thyroid problems
or weight gain, and you should, but don't forget heart disease.
That's right, heart disease is right up there with breast cancer,

lung cancer, stroke and diabetes as the health concerns women
should also be worried about.
And to lower your risk of ever getting heart disease, make sure to
protect your ears.
Your Ears?

Yes, if you like your movies loud and thunderous, you may be
increasing your odds of getting heart disease.

That's right, exposing yourself to loud movies and music increases
your levels of heart-damaging stress hormones. And all of that stress
takes a toll on your heart.

So, what do you do?
Avoid your favorite action movies like Transformers and The X-Men?
Or do head to your local drugstore and pick up some earplugs?

Choose the latter, and you can continue to go to the movies and listen
to heavy metal music.
Another tip:
Wear the earplugs when vacuuming, mowing the lawn or heading to a Nascar event.
Some more tips to lower heart disease risks...
a) Floss! Cleaner teeth and gums helps block inflammation that
may travel to your bloodstream.
b) Adopt A Pet-
Or play with pets. If you can't adopt a pet, going to an animal shelter and playing with pets help lower your odds of getting heart disease.

That's it- Some tips to help you live a little longer.

And if you want to keep yourself and your kids skin cancer-free, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and download see title to the right, order today and learn how shrimp salad can help you lie out in the Sun for a few extra minutes.

Good Luck!

The Two Guns Exercise Rx Just For Women!

                           Exercise For A Better Chest!

Have you seen the new flick- 2 Guns?
It stars Denzel Washington, Mark Walhberg and Mrs. Robin Thicke!
You may know Mrs. Thicke as Paula Patton and some are saying that
her nude scene is helping 2 Guns bring in a lot more customers.

Ms. Patton appeared on Kathie Lee and Hoda Kotbe and was asked
how is it that her breasts are still perky? After all, she's given birth
to a child and she's 3 yrs. from age 40.
Ms. Patton answered- she wears a bra that's a little smaller than what
she should be wearing.

If you want perkier breasts and don't want to go under the knife
or wear a "too small bra" try this exercise...
Sit in a chair, sit up straight, arms stretched in front of you, palms
together. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you reach
your left arm up and your right arm down so they form a diagonal
line, Hold for 30 secs. then switch sides.
Do ten reps on each side and as the weeks increase try and get
up to 20 reps. This exercise works the pectoral muscles which are

located beneath the bust.
Push ups and lifting weights on a bench also work, but
why kill yourself, this is much easier.

That's it- just make sure to stick with it and you should see a
noticeable difference in about 3 to 4 wks.

Good Luck!
