Cable Show's Rx For Using Leftover Pumpkin!

The NetFlix Rx For Fixing Dry Skin!
If you're a fan of the cable series- "Orange is The New Black" you're
alone, it's been a big hit since it debut about 4 yrs. ago.
And if you're a fan of Orange and you have dry skin, then make sure to
something that's really orange and associated with Halloween.
That something: Pumpkins.

Mentioned in a few of our past posts, we told you all about the actress

Uma Thurman and her using pumpkin to help turn back the clock...
on her face.
That's right- Pumpkin facials are quite popular right about now, and if you're
skin is starting to dry out- (due to the warmer indoor temperatures) then you
may want to follow Ms. Thurman's lead and do the same.
To make a pumpkin mask...do the following-
Mix together-2 Tbs. pumpkin- (fresh or canned)
1 Tbs. honey and 1 Tbs. plain yogurt.
Stir well and apply to your clean and slightly damp face, neck and
the back of your hands. Sit or lie back and leave the mask on for
20 minutes. After the time is up- rinse the mask off  with warm water.
That's it- A great way to get rid of that Pumpkin.
And one last thing- If you enjoy buying fresh pumpkins, go online to
Amazon.com/the kindle store (the title: orange is The New Green)
and learn how to use every bit of that pumpkin to help kids grow,

thicken hair, end insomnia, build strong bones, detoxify
your system and reverse the aging process.

Good Luck!

What is it?
Before you throw out that pumpkin, you may want to split it down the middle

hair follicles, making it (hair) less susceptible to breaking and thinning,
especially during the Winter months.
And that's not all-
eating some pumpkin seeds can also...
* helps control body odor and acne (boys) and you must
watch the amount of sweets and red meat you eat or the P.S.s will

not work.
* Lessen the pain that comes along once a month, women (PMS)
* lowers prostate cancer rates (men)
* Helps lower stress levels (both men and women)

So, if you were planning on tossing that pumpkin into the garbage,

perhaps this post will help change your mind.

The NetFlix Rx To Prevent A Serious Disease!

Orange Is The New Disease Fighter!

Hey, now that Fall is here, why not take advantage of the one of the most
popular food associated with Fall.
And what food is that? An orange pumpkin.
Netflix has the popular show "Orange is the New Black" and for
the rest of us-we have pumpkins.

And if you only use the orange gourd during Oct. and Nov.
you're shortchanging yourself. How?
By missing out a host of health benefits.
What type of health benefits-you ask?
* Beautiful and youthful skin!
Look at actress Uma Thurman, 5 yrs. from 50 and she looks
12 to 15 yrs. younger, how? With pumpkin face masks.
To learn more, go back and reread our post on Uma and pumpkins.
* Breast Cancer-
As in lower B.C. rates. All orange foods (carrots, butternut squash,
Sw. potatoes,  and pumpkin) help reduce your odds of ever getting B.C.
* Diabetes-
Heart disease and cancer may get all of the media attention,
but once you get diabetes, you'll have a host of other health issues to deal with.
(losing eyesight and/or limbs) But new research says that pumpkin

may not only help you prevent diabetes, it may also help reverse it.
The fiber in pumpkin slows down the absorption of glucose (sugar)
helping to repair damaged insulin-producing cells, potentially
bringing insulin levels back down to normal.

So, are you prepared to have this food more than your usual 2 months a yr.?
If so, start stocking up on canned pumpkin and head to Google.com
or ask.com and look for some great, low-cal, low-fat and low-sugar
ways to prepare the orange gourds.

You can also head online to Amazon.com.the kindle store and

type "Orange Is The New Green" in the search bar and
then download a copy. Once you have it on your E-reader or Ipad,
you can learn how to use every bit of the pumpkin to help you

look yrs. younger and live yrs. longer.

And one last thing...
look for our next E-Document. It's all about the French,
why they live longer, why the women don't wrinkle and
why they suffer less depression than their American brothers
and sisters. Available Tues. or Wed. at Amazon.com/in the kindle store.
Thanks!

Good Luck!

Orange Is The New Color For Beautiful Skin!

                     Wear Orange For Great Skin!
Are you a fan of the yr. old show- Orange is the new Black?
Well, you're not alone, the Netflix show is a big hit with
a lot of people and it may win a number of awards at next wks'
Emmy awards.

And if you really like the color Orange, you can use it to help
heal your skin.

Heal your skin?
Yes, Orange can help you get rid of age spots.
More specifically, pumpkin can help you erase those sunspots.
It's the anti-aging secret actress Uma Thurman has used for
the past 15 yrs. (she's 45) and if you follow Ms. Thurmans' lead, you too,
can turn back the clock...on your face and hands.

To make your own anti-aging pumpkin mask,
follow the directions below...
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. pumpkin puree (from a can)
1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh lemon)
1 Tbs. sugar (brown or white)
1/2 tsp. of coconut or olive oil.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl--mix well. Using your hands,
smooth the mask onto clean, dry skin, (avoid placing it around the eyes)
and after applying it to your face, apply some to the hands (tops of hands)
Leave on for 15 to 20 mins. and after 15 or 20 minutes, rinse the mask off
with warm water.
Pumpkin is rich in vitamin A, a vitamin many women don't get enough of.
And if you're experiencing thinning skin on your face and hands, it may
be an vitamin A deficiency.
You can also find vitamin A in other orange foods like...butternut and acorn
squash, carrots, apricots, sweet potatoes and cantaloupe.
Eat a few servings of these foods each week and see what a difference it makes
in your skin.

And one last tip:
Why not mix up this mask and wear it while you're watching the Emmy's?

Good Luck!
