Mrs. Doubtfire's Rx For A Healthier Heart!

                Be Like Mrs. Doubtfire!

Any fans of the Robin Williams, Sally Field flick, Mrs. Doubtfire?
Well, you may remember it, Robin Williams played a nanny to his
own kids as he was going through a tough divorce with the Mom. (Sally Field).

They (the producers and writers) keep promising us a sequel, but it doesn't look
like it's going to happen.
Hey, that's okay, sometimes it's best to leave the original alone.
If there's one thing you should take from that movie, it's learn
the value of housework.

The value of housework?
Yes, new research says that doing the laundry, sweeping
the driveway or washing floors or walls can cut your odds of having
a stroke or heart attack by 30%.
Your hubby or boyfriend (or even you) may not think it's work, but it is.
Skip the high-fat treats and meals and really work for a good 20 minutes
and you may never have to visit a gym or pay for a gym membership again.
That's it, and if you ever see Mrs. Doubtfire on cable, remember
how hard Robin Williams worked, it may be why he's in such good shape
today, at age 61.

Good Luck!

The Crazy One's Rxs For Saving Money This Christmas!

                       Saving Big This Christmas!

Who's the most frugal star in Hollywood?
Some say it's Jay Leno. Then there are those who
say it's Tyra Banks. And then some say no, it has to
be to be Sarah Michelle Gellar.

She's costarring with Robin Williams in the new CBS hit-
"The Crazy Ones" and even though she's making good money,

Ms. Gellar hates to pay full price.

If you're similar in values and common sense like Sarah and hate to
spend full
price for anything, look below and learn how to spend less on
electronics, restaurants and clothing.
a) Restaurants-
Have you signed up for a free app from Foursquare.com?
Well, you'd better get to it, why? Doing so will tell you the local

restaurants that are part of their network.
Then, when you go to these places, "check-in" with your smartphones to
earn badges and your mayorship to win free food.

Another tip:
Go online to make reservations. Go online to OpenTable.com to set up

reservations and earn reward points for every reservation, which you
can redeem for $20, $50 or $100 gift certificates to use at your favorite
eateries.
b) Electronics-
Don't think you can ask for discounts on electronic goods?
Think again, stores like Best Buy may not do as well as they
expected and that means a lot of inventory sitting around.
So, if you need or want that big screen T.V. or Ipad,
wait until after Christmas and head into that Best Buy
and negotiate.
c) Save On Shipping-
Do you enjoy shopping online? But, you probably hate paying the
shipping fees. To avoid this, ask if you can pick up your items

at a nearby store branch.
d) Clothing-
Saving money on clothes is on a lot of peoples' wish list and
if you want to keep your money in your pocket, shop on Wednesday.
Why Wednesday?
Most weekend sales start on Wednesday or Thursday.
Don't believe it?
Macy's Friends and Family weekend sale always starts the Wednesday
before. So even though a store may be advertising a weekend sale, check their
website to discover the actual start date. You'll not only find amazing
steals and deals, but you'll also get a chance to look over a lot of selections.
Another Insider tip:
Shop here first. Where?
The Customer Service Desk!
Many stores, like...Target, Macy's and JCPenney,
have special coupons available almost every day that
you can use to save 20% or more and sadly, a lot of customers
miss out simply because they haven't been told about the coupons
at The Customer Service Desk.

That's it- Helping you to save money this Holiday season,
and best of all...you don't need to make a top Hollywood salary
to take advantage of these deals.
And if you need more info--Go online to TheFrugalista.com and learn
how to save even more.

Good Luck!
