An Older Star's Rx For Kissable Lips!

                           Soften Your Lips This Winter!

Jennifer Lopez, aka J Lo, is all over the place.
She's promoting her new movie- "The Boy Next Door"

Ms. Lopez like a lot of older men in Hollywood have to keep
themselves in tip-top shape if they plan on having long careers
and doing love scenes with co-stars who are 20 to 25 yrs. younger.
And by keeping in shape, we mean everything--hair, legs, stomach,
complexions and lips.

Lips?
Yes, if a star plans on being a leading man or woman well into

their 50's and 60's, lips being in tip-top shape is a must.
And now that it's Winter, lips really take a beating. Why?
Fewer oil glands, which makes it impossible for them to
moisturize themselves.

So, if you want to be like Jennifer Lopez or Johnny Depp
and keep your lips in great shape, do the following...

a) Homemade Moisturizer-
Mix some sugar, (brown or natural) with a little oil,
(almond or olive) and a few drops of vanilla extract

in a bowl. Dampen your lips a little and gently rub this
mixture over your lips, wait a few minutes and then put a little olive oil
or vaseline on as moisturizer.
Or save some time and money, and place some toothpaste
or baking soda on your toothbrush and go over your lips
for 20 to 30 secs.
Or if you don't mind spending money (like J Lo)
go online to drugstore.com and look for a product

called-Smith's Rosebud Salve. It contains oils that seal
in moisture and create a layer of protection between your lips
and outdoor temperatures and the dry indoor air.
That's it- another tip to help you look your best this Winter season.

And if you want more info on taking care of your hair, nails,
feet, nails and body this Winter season...

and download...see title to the right.

Good Luck!

Frozen's Rx For Perfect Health!

The Frozen Rx For Good Health!

The movie "Frozen" just keeps getting bigger, how so?

Well, it's the "most profitable animated
film ever" surpassing "The Little Mermaid"

the soundtrack is selling in the millions, and
now Norway, the country where the film makers shot
some of the settings and backgrounds for inspiration
is enjoying an economic Tsunami.

The movie is based on the short story,  "The Snow Princess"
by someone who's actually from a Scandinavian country, and
that person is Hans Christian Andersen. (from Denmark)
As stated, the movie is a financial juggernaut for many, and now that
windfall is happening for Norway.

That's right, people from all over the World are showing up to view
the breathtaking landscapes you see in the film.
And if you or someone close to you is planning on taking a trip to

Norway, don't just view the scenery, take advantage
of their customs and foods.

Foods?

Yes, as we mentioned on our other blog, "NaturalRxsFromAroundTheWorld"

and our E-Document, "The Nordic Secrets For Perfect Health" (available
at Amazon.com/the kindle store.) if you want to live  a long and healthy

life, you may want to copy the people of Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Finland.
Why?
The bike riding, generosity toward friends and family,
little concerns about material wealth, and their love of

root vegetables like... beets, turnips, carrots and parsnips.
And get this-- the root vegetables seem to work better for women
more than they do for men.

Researchers aren't sure why this is so, but Scandinavian women are closing
in on the women who live the longest right now... The Japanese.

So, ladies (and guys) if you do plan on visiting the beautiful country known
as Norway, make sure you take away more than just incredible photos
and videos, take away some knowledge on how to extend your life.
Hey, it must be working, Uma Thurman and Betty White (age 93) both
come from Danish stock.

Good Luck!
