Adele's Rx For An Embarrassing Health Problem!

                        Drink Like Adele! 

Adele, the ultrapopular singer and songwriter from England, like most
Brits loves tea. Tea to a singer boosts health in a number of ways.
Soothe dry throats, repair vocal cords and end the embarrassing
problem known as foot odor.

Now, we aren't saying Adele has any problems with foot odor,
we haven't seen or heard anything to suggest it, but what we are
saying is- if you or a loved one suffers from embarrassing foot odor,
then it's time to do like the Brits.

No, not drink it, but make a big pot of black tea, allow to cool,
pour it into a big basin, and place your feet in the tea.
Leave your feet in there for 15 to 20 mins. and then rinse off
and dry your feet. Doing this a few times a week, and foot odor
should be a thing of the past.
That's It- When a spot of tea does more than quench your thirst.

Beyonce's Dessert Rx For An Embarrassing Problem.

                     Beyonce's Favorite Treat!
If you read a post we did on singer Beyonce a while back then you're
aware that she mentioned gelatin as something that's sweet, tasty and low-cal
and it helps her control her weight.
Well, there's another benefit of gelatin and you won't have to eat it.

The benefit: It'll help you or a loved one eliminate foot odor.
To make your own gelatin foot bath, head to your Supermarket
and pick up a few boxes of Lime-flavored gelatin.
(I'm not sure why, but Lime gelatin seems to work best).

Mix one package of lime gelatin in a bowl,  add the amount of water
recommended on the box, (hot, not boiling) and stir.

Place the gelating and hot water into a larger bowl or basin,
add some cold water ( about 1 cup) and stir some more.
Remove your socks and place your feet in, sit back and relax
for about 15 to 20 mins.  Take your feet out and dry with a towel.

This works thanks to the citrus additives, they absorb the
odor, leaving your feet smelling clean and citrusy.


Tea- black tea to be exact also works, just don't leave your
feet in too long, or the tea may stain them.

That's it- a sweet solution for an embarrassing problem.
