T.V. Doctor's Rxs For Women!

                               Dr. Oz's  Tips For Women!

If you're still watching Dr. Oz, good for you. It's been on for 7 yrs. now, so
the audience numbers may not be the same as they were in the first 2 or 3 yrs.
And if you watched the show on Friday, then you know the good doctor
talked about tart cherry juice and facial hair.

And if you're wondering, cherry juice and facial hair, how or what can I learn
about either of these things from Dr. Oz?
Well, first up- the tart cherry juice.
Singer Kellie Pickler  mentioned on Ellen that she suffers from insomnia.
And a great way to end insomnia- tart cherry juice. Pour a few Tbs. into a
glass of water an hour before bedtime and sleep through the night.
Another benefit of tart cherry juice- It helps ends the frequent trips to the
bathroom. (great for men)

Now on to the facial hair.
Make sure you talk to your doctor to make sure you're not suffering from something

serious, but to get rid of the hair, right now- drink spearmint tea.
That's right- a few cups a day (hold the sugar and danish) will help you shed the facial hair.
Why Spearmint tea?

It lowers testosterone levels in your system and the lower the testosterone,
the less facial hair you produce. And yes, testosterone is a male hormone,
and if you're seeing more facial hair, that's the reason.
There you have, two tips from the still entertaining and educational
Dr. Oz.

And one more tip- if you want more tips on ways to end insomnia, head on over to
Amazon.com/the kindle store and type The 99 Best Natural Remedies
To End Insomnia. Get 8 Hours of Sleep Every Night.

Good Luck!

Pippa Middleton's Rx For Deeper Sleep!

                                 Do Pilates Like Pippa!

Pippa Middleton the younger sister of Kate Middleton and sister-in-law
to Prince William, is very involved in Pilates.
You know the exercise that's been used by a number of stars for the
past decade. And this may explain the perky behind that she flaunts and
what a lot of women want.

But there's something besides the great derriere that'll happen as
a result of doing Pilates. What is it? Deeper sleep.
That's right- Pilates or even stretching for a few mins. about 30 mins.
before bed helps 9 in 10 people sleep longer. Pilates or other types
of similar exercises loosens tight and tense muscles- plus it'll gently
push your nervous system into a serene state, and lower the stress
hormones that make it hard it to get to sleep and stay asleep.

So, if you were looking for an exercise plan that'll help you get longer
and leaner, then you must try stretching or Pilates, and if you have trouble
sleeping as well, then you must really try Pilates and/or light stretching.
We can't guarantee that'll you'll look like Ms. Middleton after doing
Pilates for awhile, but we'll promise-you'll sleep better than her.

And if Pilates aren't enough- check out a book called "Say Good Night
To Insomnia"
by Gregg D. Jacob, Ph. D.

Good Luck!
