T.V. Doctor's Rxs For Women!

                               Dr. Oz's  Tips For Women!

If you're still watching Dr. Oz, good for you. It's been on for 7 yrs. now, so
the audience numbers may not be the same as they were in the first 2 or 3 yrs.
And if you watched the show on Friday, then you know the good doctor
talked about tart cherry juice and facial hair.

And if you're wondering, cherry juice and facial hair, how or what can I learn
about either of these things from Dr. Oz?
Well, first up- the tart cherry juice.
Singer Kellie Pickler  mentioned on Ellen that she suffers from insomnia.
And a great way to end insomnia- tart cherry juice. Pour a few Tbs. into a
glass of water an hour before bedtime and sleep through the night.
Another benefit of tart cherry juice- It helps ends the frequent trips to the
bathroom. (great for men)

Now on to the facial hair.
Make sure you talk to your doctor to make sure you're not suffering from something

serious, but to get rid of the hair, right now- drink spearmint tea.
That's right- a few cups a day (hold the sugar and danish) will help you shed the facial hair.
Why Spearmint tea?

It lowers testosterone levels in your system and the lower the testosterone,
the less facial hair you produce. And yes, testosterone is a male hormone,
and if you're seeing more facial hair, that's the reason.
There you have, two tips from the still entertaining and educational
Dr. Oz.

And one more tip- if you want more tips on ways to end insomnia, head on over to
Amazon.com/the kindle store and type The 99 Best Natural Remedies
To End Insomnia. Get 8 Hours of Sleep Every Night.

Good Luck!

The Kardashian's Rx For Preventing Facial Breakouts!

                                           Keep Skin Free Of Blemishes!

The Kardashian women- Kim, Kris, Kourtney and Khloe seem to live

on their cellphones.
What wrong with that? Frequent talking on a cellphone can cause
breakouts near the jawline.

A lot of adult women are experiencing it and don't know why.
Using the phone and then placing it on a desk, bed or in your purse
leaves the phones teeming with germs and oils, and those germs and

oils cause breakouts.

To keep skin from breaking out-regularly wipe down your phones with
a clean cloth or paper towel that's been soaked in a little rubbing alcohol.
Doing this one thing, helps kill the bacteria and prevent the breakouts near
your jawline.

Good Luck!

Hollywood Rx To Stop Breakouts!

                                  Stop Facial Breakouts!

Do you find yourself getting a lot of acne, breakouts or other blemishes?
Well, according to a top dermatologist-it may not be from that piece of chocolate

you eat once or twice a week, but from the hairbrushes, makeup brushes,
your glasses or your cell phone.

The doctor's tips: Every week wash your makeup brushes with an antibacterial
soap. And as for your cell phone and glasses-wipe em down with some antibacterial
gel. Clean these things on a regular basis and you should see a clearer and
smoother skin in no time flat, just like a lot of Hollywood stars.

Good Luck!
