Kim K's Rx For Beautiful Skin!

                               Clear Up Skin Naturally!

If you're a fan of the hit reality show--"The Kardashians"
then you're well aware that Kim has had an ongoing battle

with Psoriasis. It's a skin condition that causes the skin to break
out, look irritated, scaly and red.

Some say it's caused by stress- (sex tapes, running a business empire,

man troubles -Kanye, Reggie and Ray J) and some say it's diet...
white carbs, sugary carbs, and not enough healthy fruits and vegetables.
Well, what ever the cause, a man who suffered from it for over a decade-

was able to get rid of it in less than 3 months. How?

He used liquid milk thistle!
After trying a host of other products, he read that milk thistle helps
the liver remove toxins and impurities, especially ones that show on the
skin and decided to try it. Long story short, after 12 yrs. he finally has the
skin he's been dreaming about for yrs.
So, if you're like Kim K. and suffer from Psoriasis, have a talk with your
doctor or healthcare provider and ask if liquid milk thistle will be okay

to take.

That's it- and for those who only want to use natural products to heal,

look for our New E-book, The Superfoods That Prevent Breast Cancer!
At Amazon.com/ in the kindle store.
We reveal how combining foods make it almost impossible for cancer cells

The Brady Bunch Rx For Shinier and Stronger Hair!

                              Marcia, Marcia, Marcia!

Many of the people reading this blog may not remember one of the
greatest sitcoms that ever graced the airwaves.

What was the sitcom? The "Brady Bunch!"
You know single dad with 3 boys meets single mom with 3 girls,
they date, then marry and raise all of the kids as one big happy family.
If you weren't around during that time, it's still on somewhere,

so be sure to catch it.

One memorable episode showed oldest daughter Marcia brushing
her hair, not once, not 10 times, but a whopping 100 times.
Marcia claimed that brushing her hair that much helped make it

stronger and shinier.
Well, that was then, and today- it's not a good idea to brush hair
that much, why?
You can remove a lot of the "good oils" and cause thinning and hair loss.

So, what is a better number?

10 to 20 times, once or twice a week.
Doing it this many times, once or twice a week-is like exfoliation for your scalp,

it stimulates cell turnover and this makes hair stronger and shinier.
And one more tip:
Make sure to use the right type of brush,

A natural boar bristle brush if your hair is fine.
Or a combination of boar and nylon if your hair is thick.

That's it- A great lesson from of one of the best sitcoms
of all time.
Make sure to continue to tell friends, family and total strangers
about this blog, the more people who view this blog, the
more motivated we'll become to bring you great info.

Good Luck!

Hollywood's Rx For Preventing Fall Allergies!

                                   Preventing Fall Allergies!

You may notice that a lot of stars wear sunglasses. Is it cosmetic
or do they wear them to protect their eyes.

It's probably a little of both.

There's no doubt sunglasses certainly make most people
look better, but there's also the health benefits.
Benefits like...preventing Fall allergies.

Yes, you're reading it right- sunglasses, more specifically oversized
sunglasses can block the pollen from entering your eyes. And with
the Fall season already here, it's time to put on some "big" glasses.

More fashion tips to help prevent Fall allergies:
Wear cotton and other natural fibers. Non-natural fibers, like nylon

and polyester, create an electromagnetic change that attracts
pollen to you.

That's It- And may you have a joyous and allergy-free Fall season.

Good Luck!
