Hollywood's Rx For Keeping Your Resolutions!

                           Keep Your Weight Loss Resolutions!

Was weight loss a resolution you had for the new yr?
If it was and you're failing at it here are some tips
from some top celebrity trainers to help you stay on course.

The tips:
a) Skip the Soda-
Diet soda to be exact. Yea, you think it helps, it doesn't,

it (the soda) only creates more cravings.
Blame it on the artificial sweeteners used to make the soda.

b) Indulge-
On weekends. Stick to a low-fat or vegan or hi-protein
diet during the week and on the weekend--have a slice of cake
or a few slices of pizza.
Important tip: Some pizza or a slice of cake is okay and may help you

stick to the diet, but don't go overboard. Doing so, might result in weight gain
and a sick, overstuffed feeling come Monday.
c) Keep The Fruit Out-

As in on the kitchen table or the dining room table.
Leaving fruit out where you can see it, reminds you that you have to eat things
that are good for you.
d) Go Small or ---
As in plates and utensils. You may remember the smaller plates phenomenon
about 10 yrs. ago. Well today, pairing  those smaller dishes with smaller forks

and spoons will really help you lose weight.
Or use chopsticks.
e) Soups' On-
Have some soup 30 to 60 mins. before you eat your main meal and really watch the
pounds disappear. Make it broth-based soup, (not meat and noodle types of soup).
Or have a glass (or 2) of water or an apple,  (a green apple).

That's it- 5 tips from some celebrity trainers to help you stay
on your diet this new year.

And lastly, if you want more great tips to help you stay on course
(the weight loss course) head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store,
and type The Thin Girl's Guide To Preventing Winter Weight Gain.

Download it and have your body bikini-ready by Memorial Day.

The Food Rxs For Looking Red Carpet Ready!

Let Food be Your Cosmetic Surgery!

The award season is in full swing, and that means from now until the end of March,

you'll be seeing a lot of celebrities and a lot of red carpets.
With that being the case, a lot of celebrities will eating salads
and drinking green smoothies to get into their tight ball gowns and fitted
tuxes, but it doesn't have to be like that.

What are we saying?
We're saying, whether you're a celebrity earning millions or a stay-at-home
mom in Kansas, you can look slimmer and more youthful just by heading to

your local supermarket.
Supermarket?
Yes, just look below and learn which foods and beverages can help you
appear "Red Carpet" ready in a matter of weeks or months.
First up, the fruity "Superfood"

* Apples-
We've mentioned it a number of times, but it bears repeating, apples
can help your skin look younger and keep your figure from
becoming saggy and flabby.
Need proof? Reread our past posts on "Good Morning America's"

anchor George Stephanopoulos. Mr. Stephanopoulos - eats an
apple a day and will be 60 yrs. of age in less than 5 yrs.
Apples (green apples with the peel) contain unsolic acid, a natural
chemical that blocks a trouble-making protein that prods muscle tissue
to wear away.
Choose organic apples if your budget allows and egg whites and green tomatoes also

contain the same natural chemicals that prevent muscles from
sagging, just watch the flour and oil when preparing them.
* Cinnamon-
Do you want Kylie Jenner lips without paying for them?
Mix 1/4 tsp. cinnamon with 1/4 tsp. coconut or olive oil and
apply to clean, dry lips. Leave your lips alone for 5 mins. and then,
if you want--apply your favorite lips color.
* Argan Oil-
Another beauty tip from the Kardashians, apply Argan oil to your hair.
It's Kims' favorite and if you want thicker hair, look for a product
called--Pure Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo.
Another alternative-Coconut oil.
* Beer-
Don't be fooled, a lot of celebrities like to drink after award shows
and it's not just Champagne. Beer-whether drunk or worn can help
you look yrs. younger.
The barley in beer can keep skin firm and hair thick.
And get this- beer applied to age spots can make them disappear.
Not a drinker, but still want firmer skin?
Eat Miso soup, a favorite of "Clueless" star Alicia Silverstone.

That's it for now, and if you want more great tips like these,

Reality Star's Rx For Using Electronic Equipment!

                            The Dangers of Cell Phones!

Whether you think it's true or not, there is a lot of talk about cell phones
causing great harm to your health.
Harm in what way? As in brain cancer.
Yes, although the news isn't as loud as it was say--10 yrs. ago,
there are still some studies that suggest that talking on your cellphone

for hrs. each day, may increase your odds of getting brain cancer.
And if you remember Senator Ted Kennedy from Massachusetts,
it was rumored that he spent hrs. on his cell phone for a period of
20 yrs. And how did the great senator die?
Cancer of the brain.
And today, who do we see spending hrs. on their cellphones?

The Kardashians!

That's right, the rating leaders of reality T.V. always seem to be on their
cellphones, and if you too, are like Kim, Kris and Khloe and don't plan
on stopping, then you may want to head to the Supermarket or your kitchen cabinet

and look for Rosemary.
That's right, the herb that's used to make baked or grilled chicken taste better,
may help protect your brain from all of that radiation.
(Also helpful to frequent fliers, who are exposed to the wands being used
by airport security).

Researchers tested a number of natural products against the effects of
radiation and the herb Rosemary came out on top.
Now, you may remember rosemary being used as a way to keep hair
luxurious and thick, but starting today you must do more than apply it to
your hair, you have to start eating and drinking it.

That's it, and if you need help coming up with ways to cook with it or make it into
a tea, head to google.com and type Cooking with Rosemary or making rosemary tea
in the search bar.
Hope this helps, radiation poisoning isn't something you want to play around with.
And lastly, please pass along this vital info to Kim K. via Twitter,
Thank -You!

Good Luck!

The Kardashian's Rx For Preventing Winter Weight Gain!

                          Stay Slim This Christmas!

In less than 3 weeks another Christmas will be here,
and for many that means weight gain.
With the rich and fattening foods everywhere you look,
it's almost impossible not to gain weight this year.
If you're one of the millions that will gain between 3 to 15 lbs.
this Holiday season, do something the Kardashian women do
and prevent it.
What is it?

They wear Jeans.

Yes Jeans, you may think of them in designer dresses most of the
time, but at home relaxing, they love their jeans.
And new research says that a good pair of jeans may help women
and (men) stay slim and trim.
How?

Most of us have gotten used to the loose and comfy pair of sweats
and that may cause some of us to overdo it... at the dinner table.
Cooking, cleaning and even eating in sweats can contribute to
weight gain, because they don't give you any warning that you've had
enough. And a pair of jeans will do the opposite.
They (the jeans) will act like a pair of Spanx, and when you start to get
comfortable at the table and overdo it, the waistband on the jeans
will let you know.

So, if this is your favorite time of year, make sure to prevent the
weight gain that comes with it and wear a pair of Jeans.

And if you like this tip, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and pick up a copy of The Thin Girl's Guide To Preventing Winter
Weight Gain!
Order it and you'll learn some modeling tips on how
to stay slim and trim, no dieting required.

Good Luck!

Kim K's Rx For Beautiful Skin!

                               Clear Up Skin Naturally!

If you're a fan of the hit reality show--"The Kardashians"
then you're well aware that Kim has had an ongoing battle

with Psoriasis. It's a skin condition that causes the skin to break
out, look irritated, scaly and red.

Some say it's caused by stress- (sex tapes, running a business empire,

man troubles -Kanye, Reggie and Ray J) and some say it's diet...
white carbs, sugary carbs, and not enough healthy fruits and vegetables.
Well, what ever the cause, a man who suffered from it for over a decade-

was able to get rid of it in less than 3 months. How?

He used liquid milk thistle!
After trying a host of other products, he read that milk thistle helps
the liver remove toxins and impurities, especially ones that show on the
skin and decided to try it. Long story short, after 12 yrs. he finally has the
skin he's been dreaming about for yrs.
So, if you're like Kim K. and suffer from Psoriasis, have a talk with your
doctor or healthcare provider and ask if liquid milk thistle will be okay

to take.

That's it- and for those who only want to use natural products to heal,

look for our New E-book, The Superfoods That Prevent Breast Cancer!
At Amazon.com/ in the kindle store.
We reveal how combining foods make it almost impossible for cancer cells
to take up residence inside your body.

Mix fish with...
Mix Berries with...

Mix Lettuce with...
Mix black pepper with....

Plus, you'll also learn why the women of Fiji, South Korea,
The Himalayans, Greece, Morocco and Italy don't have anywhere near the
numbers of breast cancer cases as their American sisters.
So hurry and order your copy today, and one more thing...
a dime from each copy goes to the American Red Cross, to help the folks

suffering from Tornadoes.
Thank You!

Good Luck!

Jessica Simpson's Rx For New Moms!

Healthier Babies For The New Year!

Jessica Simpson has announced that she and her fiance are
expecting baby no. 2.
Ms. Simpson probably has the best care possible, you know in terms of
nutritionists, doctors, personal chefs, fitness trainers and Ob-Gyns.
But wait, although she may have the best help in the World, she
may not know about the new benefits of some vitamins and how
they relate to newborns.

That's right- according to new research- women know about
vitamins that help prevent birth defects and post partum,
but there are a few more things new moms should know about.
Look below to learn more...
The Latest Vitamin Tips:
a) Vitamin D-
You may know it as the "Sunshine" vitamin, but if you're pregnant
and not getting enough you may put future kids on a path towards
MS. Yes, multiple scelrosis. Drs. studying adults who came down
with MS, found a lot of them were born in Apr. May and June.
So where's the problem? Moms who conceived in Sept and Oct.
weren't getting the Sun like moms who conceived in March, Apr.
and May and their kids are now contracting MS.
So, do you time your conception to when you'll be able to
get out and get more Sun? No, just look into taking a good vitamin D
supplement. Between 2,000 and 4,000 mgs. a day. And if you live in a

state with yr. round sunshine, get between 15 to 20 mins. a day, without
sunscreen.
b) Vitamin C-
Important for a number of reasons, but in terms of future babies,
Drs. have discovered moms who don't get enough, have babies
that may have trouble learning, understanding and paying attention
in school. And Drs. have also discovered that babies without sufficient

amounts of Vitamin C have smaller brains. So, to fix this, ask your Dr.
or Ob-Gyn about a good vitamin C supplement and the right dosage.
One more tip: This also applies to junk food (Ms. Simpson) eating whatever and
large amounts of junk food during pregnancy is also a way to put your baby
on a fast track towards learning difficulties and behavorial problems.
c) Vitamin B6-
Women know about this vitamin as a way to ease morning sickness
and nausea and to prevent birth defects, Well now, Drs. have discovered
that too much- may impede milk flow and if you're one who plans on breastfeeding,

this is unacceptable. So, find an amount that's adequate, from vitamins or from
foods and don't overdo it.

That's it- New research from some of our contributors that we're only too happy
to share with you. And if you're not yet pregnant, but are hoping to be, check

out the website-BabyZone.com. Why? They have a great post about conceiving
boys and girls.
Happy New Year!

Good Luck!
