Grow Your Lashes With....
Let's face it- longer lashes look better.
And even though yours may not grow as well as they did when you were
younger, false eyelashes certainly get the job done.
Well, you may want to retire those "falsies" and use something that your
grandma or great grandma used some 20 or 30 yrs. ago and what is that?
Castor Oil.
Now, a lot of you reading this may not remember the tsp. of castor oil before
heading off for school or before eating breakfast, but it's making a comeback--
as a beauty aid, more specifically- an eyelash enhancer.
Castor oil is rich in vitamin E and omega-6s, both of which speed hair growth,
and all you have to do is buy a bottle, put some on a cotton swab, (Q-tip)
and apply to your lash line each night after taking off your makeup.
And if your eyebrows are thinning, apply some to them as well.
Do this for 2 to 4 weeks for longer and luxurious lashes (and brows).
One last tip:
A woman working as a hairdresser noticed that one of her clients
was losing weight, her skin looked softer and smoother and her hair
was growing at a rapid pace, and her clients' secret: She had gone on the
new and improved "Atkins diet."
The new diet allows for more green vegetables, chicken, fish and eggs.
And thanks to new research, a diet of wheat and other types of grains
