Hot Tea Rx For Hollywood Baby Mamas!

Hollywood's baby population continues to grow, the latest:
Kristen Bell and Fergie.
Like a lot of moms, "regular" moms or stars weight gain will be an issue.
If you're a soon-to-be mom or if you need help preventing weight gain,
you may want to try the green that's praised and overlooked as
a food that's an excellent fat fighter.

The Green:
Fennel!
That's right-the lightly licorice-flavored, celery like vegetable
helps break down carbohydrates before they can be stored as fat.
It also boosts the liver's ability to flush out fats and toxins, which can
help you boost your energy levels.
Another benefit of Fennel: It contains natural diuretics that help 

shed excess salt from your system and water weight.

So, if you're a newly pregnant or planning on getting pregnant,
