Kelly Bensimon, the supermodel and cast member of "Real Housewives
of New York," is becoming quite the guru-on all things alternatives,
in fact, she's not only following a lifestyle of good quality food,
spa treatments and more sleep, but she's written a book about it
to share with fans.
