special for your eyesight.
Say what? That's right-new research says that to prevent one of the
most common eye diseases, you must eat more seafood.
The eye disease is called macular degeneration, and it's the leading
cause of vision loss in adults age 60 and over.
Researchers think that seafood contains certain nutrients that prevent
MD.
And another way to prevent MD, don't smoke and if you are a
