Lowering Blood Pressure Tips Just For Women!

Ladies, you may think the glitz and glamour that comes with being 

a star is something you might want?
A lot of stars have problems like the rest of us.
And of those problems is...high blood pressure.
That's right, even high paid stars have to keep their blood
pressure in check, or else, what?

And according to new research, it's not just the salty foods
and the negative attitude causing your blood pressure to go up. 

The newest culprit: Birth Control Pills.

Popular right about now, the purple beauties are loaded with

* Alcohol-
Are you like a Hollywood party girl, in that you like to get your 

drink on? Well, do it too much, especially on an empty stomach and you raise your risk of getting H.B.P. by 50%. Eat some nuts or popcorn before and stop at 1 drink.
* Chicken Legs-
Legs and thighs on the grill right about now sounds heavenly, and believe it or not, the darker meat is better for lowering bl. pressure,
