A Movie's Rx Fall Rx For Younger Skin!

                    Kill Bill To Look Younger!

Any fans of Quentin Tarantino out there?
Well, if you're truly a fan, then you know that the
female martial arts film starring Uma Thurman and
Darryl Hannah was released about this time, 11 yrs.
ago. The film: Kill Bill Vol. 1.

And if you're a fan of entertainment gossip, then you may be
aware that Quentin and Uma are now dating.
Although there's only a 5 yr. age difference, Mr. Tarantino may
want to copy Uma's secret for looking 8 to 10 yrs. younger.

Her secret:
Pumpkins,
That's right, October was when Mr. Tarantino released the 1st
Kill Bill movie and it's also the month when a lot of us carve and

eat the pumpkin.
But not Ms. Thurman, she wears the pumpkin.
And if you really want to be progressive and ahead of your time,
then you should eat the pumpkin... mainly the blossoms.
Yes, the flowers that sit atop the pumpkin can help you look younger.

The blossoms are chock-full of 2 skin-smoothing ingredients,
beta-carotene, which protects against and heals UV (Sun) damage,
and vitamin C, which increases cell turnover, minimizing fine lines
and wrinkles.

Look for the blossoms from pumpkins and squash (green and yellow)
at farmer markets or specialty stores. Clean them well and add to a salad.
Or stuff the leaves with ground meat (turkey or hamburger) and cheese
(ricotta or mozzarella) close them up with toothpicks, top with

sauce and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Or stir fry them with veggies,
meat, or chicken or fish.

And if you want more tips on how to use up that Halloween
pumpkin, go to Amazon.com.the kindle store and type

Orange is The New Green in the search bar. Download it
and get started on your path towards better health.

Good Luck!
