The Water Cures!
If you plan on taking a vacation this year, you may want to do it near water.
Now we understand that you may not be able to get to Zuma Beach in Malibu,
or Huntington beach, or the beach in Manhattan Ca. or even the
Pacific ocean in California, but that's alright, just make your vacation
plans near or around a Sea (the Dead sea) or a beach, why?
The water and all of the surroundings can help you live longer and look better.
That's right, most people talk about Sun exposure, but things on top of the
sea or ocean are actually good for you, things like...
* Sea or ocean air-
Boost immunity levels.
* The scents-
Around the water can ease stress levels.
* The Sun-
Can do everything from boosting metabolism, your moods and your sex drive.
* Seawater-
can heal injuries.
* The Sand-
Helps you lose some weight and helps shape and tone your legs.
That's above the water, go beneath it and...
* Use some sea salt to boost energy levels and get smoother skin
* Use the pearls for smoother skin as well.
* Use the seaweed to eat and wear for easier weight loss and
silky smooth skin.
* Use red algae to prevent Sun damage
* Use this type of salt to put an end to ADHD in both kids and adults.
* Use this type of salt to lessen PMS pain.
And lastly, if you're fortunate enough to go somewhere that has
marine life, they too, can help improve your health.
* Whales-
Can help you put an end to Insomnia.
* Dolphins-
Boost your immunity, so you won't get 2 to 5 colds each yr.
* Penguins-
May extend your life
* Tropical fish-
can help lower blood pressure and help put an end to
blue and dark moods.
