Snack Like Reba!
Reba McEntire is still going strong, she's a few yrs. from 60 and she just released
her 27th album.
And if you're wondering how she manages to stay so slim and youthful looking,
she made a diet change about a decade ago that's now becoming commonplace
in Hollywood and throughout the U.S.
What did Ms. Reba do?
She eats mostly fruit, vegetables, lean meats, fish and good fats.
Yes, it's similar to the Paleo diet.
And if you're wondering where are the carbs, Ms. Reba doesn't deprive herself,
she just makes sure she only eats a small amount on the weekends and holidays.
And her one food vice: Sweets.
Ms. McEntire considers herself a "Sweet Junkie" so she has to be careful,
her solution: She only eats a bite or two of say- a cookie, a slice of pie or cake.
Balance is the key that works best for her, not going to extremes or cutting out
her favorites entirely.
So, if you're like Ms. Reba and are struggling with a sweet tooth or a
carb addiction, do like Ms. Reba and eat them on the weekends
and only eat a small portion.
And if you want more tips on how Reba stays positive, fights aches and
pains, and uses only low-cost makeup, go to your local supermarket or
drugstore and pick up the magazine--First For Women. She's on the cover.
Good Luck!
