Save That Easter Chocolate!
Not everyone in Hollywood spends wildly and out-of-control.
Believe it or not, a lot of stars are just like you and me when it comes
to saving and spending their money wisely.
Stars like..Jennifer Garner, Jessica Chastain, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Carrie
Underwood, Tyra Banks, Jay Leno and Paul McCartney.
And since we're on the subject of saving and not wasting, let's talk
about Easter, more specifically, Easter chocolate.
If you're thinking about throwing out that chocolate that's now just
sitting there, Stop and hold onto it.
Why?
It can benefit both your mind and body.
Your body?
Yes, chocolate like a lot of foods has gotten a bad rap, but new research says
it's just the opposite. Drinking or eating an oz. or two a day can help
you...
*keep cavities at bay
* boost brain power,
* Improve night vision
* improve sad and depressive moods
* help you lose and maintain weight
* ease stress
*combat PMS symptoms (Yippee)
* Increase arousal
* Make your heart a fortress against heart disease
* End Infertility, eat this type of Choc.
* help you look yrs. younger.
* increase the number of yrs. you live by 2, 4 or even more.
And if you're still not convinced, melt it down (or use cocoa powder)
to make everything from facials to foot scrubs.
So, if you were thinking about throwing out that chocolate (or giving it away)
maybe this information will help your change your mind.
And if you want more details on how to make a weight-loss smoothie,
or a youth-boosting facial or foot scrub, or if you want to know
the choc. food that boosts fertility, head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and download, see title to the right.
Ladies, for the price of a pack of gum, you can be on the road to Superior health,
courtesy of The Easter Bunny! (Easter Chocolate).
Good Luck!
