Youthful Skin Rx!
With Halloween fast approaching that means candy, candy and more candy for many.
But if you're like some stars and conscious about your weight (and teeth) you may
want to forgo eating the candy this yr. and just wear it.
Wear it?
Yes, not actual candy, but ingredients that are similar to Halloween candy.
For instance, do you love Almond Joy bars?
Well, make a body scrub using ingredients that make up the Almond joy bar.
Not sure how? Continue reading for a recipe.
The Almond Joy Exfoliating Scrub!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw turbinado sugar (or brown sugar)
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. almond extract
--------------------------------------------------
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together. Place the scrub in a large reclosable jar.
And when you're ready to take a bath or shower, step into the shower, dampen
skin and massage the scrub over your face, (avoid the eyes) your shoulders,
your legs and sit down and get to your feet.
After that, turn on the water and shower, using a non-drying soap.
Then, dry off and apply your moisturizer.
Store the leftover scrub in a cool dark place and do it (a body and facial scrub)
once or twice a week.
---------------------------------------------------------
That's it- and remember, some stars are paying thousands to get this
done at top notch spas, but not you, you're only paying a few dollars.
Good Luck!
