A Strawberry, Avocado & Chicken Quesadilla
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together 1/4 cup chopped strawberries,
1/4 cup of avocado (chopped) finely chopped red onion 1 Tbs.
1 Tbs. of finely chopped cilantro, *
juice from 1 lime wedge, and a pinch of salt.
