Charlie Sheen's Ex Wife Rx For Snacking!

                           Snack Like Denise!

Denise Richards has given an interview on how she stays well balanced,
energized and fit.
Although most people probably won't believe it, Ms. Richards is an

Ice Cream fanatic.
That's right- and she says that having a little bit of ice cream a few times
a week helps keep her slim.

And the type of ice cream she favors makes a difference.
What type of Ice cream?
Full-fat!
Yes, Ms. Richards is absolutely correct, it Full-fat is certainly better
than low-fat and here's why...
Full-fat ice cream is loaded with (CLA) also known as conjugated linoleic
acid, an omega-6 fatty acid that helps speed up the fat burning process,
especially
belly fat.

And according to some insiders, full-fat may dairy may be why more
French women are thinner than American women.

Low-fat dairy is loaded with all types of chemicals, and those
chemicals may be keeping you fat.
And for those who want to indulge, but are afraid of the blood sugar spikes...
sprinkle some walnuts, pistachios or peanuts on top of your ice cream.
Why nuts?
They're high in fiber and are a good unsaturated fat, and both of those things
will slow down the surge of sugar and fat, which protects you from becoming
a diabetic.

So, if you ever wondered about Ms. Richards and her slim figure,
wonder no more, it's the Ice cream.
And lastly, if you're still unwilling or unable to eat dairy,
make your own brand of non-dairy ice cream.
How?
Take a ripe avocado, a banana, a little stevia, some cocoa powder,

vanilla extract, a 1/4 cup of water and a few ice cubes,
place in the blender and blend for a min.

Eat immediately or freeze for an hour or two.
That's it and if you like more variety, add blueberries, strawberries

or cherries.

And if you want more info on Denise Richards and her favorite
ways to boost energy, or relieve tension, head to your local
drugstore or supermarket and pick up a copy of First For Women,
the Sept. 2 issue.

Good Luck!

Dancing With The Star's Rx For A Great Summer!

Eat This Treat For A Better Summer!

Second place finisher in this yrs' Dancing With The Stars, is the teen Disney star-
Zendaya Coleman.
During an interview Ms. Coleman was asked what her favorite food splurge
was, and she replied--Ice Cream.
If this is your favorite dessert or if you eat once in a while, you may
want to keep some on hand this Summer, why?

It may help you get over food poisoning.

That's right- Ice Cream can help you get over food poisoning.
With the high temperatures, meats and salads (potato and macaroni)
have a greater chance of making you sick.
Bacteria- like salmonella and E coli love this kind of weather
and it can make you sick quickly.

So, if you're one of the unfortunate few who should
come down with a case of food poisoning, head to the
freezer and grab that pint of Ben And Jerry's or Breyers
and have a bowl.

And for those who don't like or don't eat dairy,
use the alternative, what's that?
Spices and herbs.
Oregano, allspice, garlic powder, onion powder,
sage, thyme, tarragon and cayenne pepper
will help you get over food poisoning just like ice cream.

Good Luck!
