Charlie Sheen's Ex Wife Rx For Snacking!

                           Snack Like Denise!

Denise Richards has given an interview on how she stays well balanced,
energized and fit.
Although most people probably won't believe it, Ms. Richards is an

Ice Cream fanatic.
That's right- and she says that having a little bit of ice cream a few times
a week helps keep her slim.

And the type of ice cream she favors makes a difference.
What type of Ice cream?
Full-fat!
Yes, Ms. Richards is absolutely correct, it Full-fat is certainly better
than low-fat and here's why...
Full-fat ice cream is loaded with (CLA) also known as conjugated linoleic
acid, an omega-6 fatty acid that helps speed up the fat burning process,
especially
belly fat.

And according to some insiders, full-fat may dairy may be why more
French women are thinner than American women.

Low-fat dairy is loaded with all types of chemicals, and those
chemicals may be keeping you fat.
And for those who want to indulge, but are afraid of the blood sugar spikes...
sprinkle some walnuts, pistachios or peanuts on top of your ice cream.
Why nuts?
They're high in fiber and are a good unsaturated fat, and both of those things
will slow down the surge of sugar and fat, which protects you from becoming
a diabetic.

So, if you ever wondered about Ms. Richards and her slim figure,
wonder no more, it's the Ice cream.
And lastly, if you're still unwilling or unable to eat dairy,
make your own brand of non-dairy ice cream.
How?
Take a ripe avocado, a banana, a little stevia, some cocoa powder,

vanilla extract, a 1/4 cup of water and a few ice cubes,
place in the blender and blend for a min.

Eat immediately or freeze for an hour or two.
That's it and if you like more variety, add blueberries, strawberries

or cherries.

And if you want more info on Denise Richards and her favorite
ways to boost energy, or relieve tension, head to your local
drugstore or supermarket and pick up a copy of First For Women,
the Sept. 2 issue.

Good Luck!

Brooklyn Decker's Rx To Beat Stress!

Beat Stress With A Tennis Ball!

Brooklyn Decker, the beautiful model turned movie star has 2
new movies coming out, and she's married to tennis star
 Andy Roddick.

If you feel tense or need to reduce your stress levels, get out a
tennis ball, (preferably a clean one) and run one foot over it
for a few minutes while taking deep breaths, and then the other foot.

Why a tennis ball? Walking on cobblestone also works, but a tennis
ball is easier to find and cheaper.
Plus, walking on a tennis ball will hit hundreds of
pressure points, bringing a feeling of relief and calm into your life
in a matter of minutes.

And another benefit of the tennis ball: Squeezing it for a few minutes
a day lowers blood pressure, makes your grip firmer and builds up
your forearms, (if bigger forearms are something you want)

There's your tip, perhaps the title should've read Andy Roddick's
Rx To Beat Stress, but lets face it, Brooklyn Decker is better known
at this time.

Good Luck!
