Let's face it, the stars have a lot of influence on us. 

They influence how we dress, the music we listen to and
the way we eat. 

The way we eat?
Well, some of us are influenced, and then there are those who'll continue to
do (eat) whatever they want.

Hollywood's Latest Diet Craze!

                               Hot New Diet For Women Over 40! 
There always seems to be another "hot new diet"
Gluten-free, South Beach, Atkins, Lunch Pail diet and on and on, 

but this diet may be different.
What diet are we talking about?
Semi-Veganism.
That's right-part time veganism.
And what's wrong with full-time veganism? 

Some say the cost, the time it takes to plan and prepare meals,
and it may be too carb-heavy.
In fact, a famous music producer was a vegan for 10 yrs. and weighed
over 300 lbs. the whole time. He thought vegan meant all the carbs
you can eat.
But today, some new health pioneers say make the diet more plant-based
and you can lose and maintain the weight more easily.
And the actresses who are jumping on the semi-veganism bandwagon are

Ellen Degeneres' Rx For Beautiful Nails!

Ellen Degeneres is a vegan. What's so unusual about that?
It's not that unusual in Hollywood, what is so unusual is that there's
a number of "non-food"products that are vegan.

Products like lip balm, who would've thought that a vegan lip balm
would be in high demand?
Well,  apparently it is, vegans are serious not only about their food,
but their cosmetics as well.
If you are a vegan or a unabashed meat eater, you can use the vegan
lip balm and we're not talking for your lips.
According to celebrity manucurist Patricia Yankee you can put lip balm
on and around the cuticles for stronger nails and nail growth.
No need for olive oil massages or special creams (unless you want to)
for your nails anymore. Just  a tube of lip balm.

Some tips for using lip balm for nails.
a) Use separate lip balms.
No using the same lip balm on your lips and then using
it on your nails.

b) Put the lip balm on while your nails are a little damp.
The moister the nails, the faster your nails will grow.
