Hollywood's Latest Diet Craze!

Hot New Diet For Women Over 40!
There always seems to be another "hot new diet"
Gluten-free, South Beach, Atkins, Lunch Pail diet and on and on,

but this diet may be different.
What diet are we talking about?
Semi-Veganism.
That's right-part time veganism.
And what's wrong with full-time veganism?

Some say the cost, the time it takes to plan and prepare meals,
and it may be too carb-heavy.
In fact, a famous music producer was a vegan for 10 yrs. and weighed
over 300 lbs. the whole time. He thought vegan meant all the carbs
you can eat.
But today, some new health pioneers say make the diet more plant-based
and you can lose and maintain the weight more easily.
And the actresses who are jumping on the semi-veganism bandwagon are
over 40 and looking and feeling better than they have in years.
The actresses:
Lisa Rinna
Jennifer Aniston
Christie Brinkley (age 60)
Shania Twain
Denise Richards
And get this, there's a newcomer to the semi-veganism movement and

she's over 60, who is it? Hillary Clinton.
As we explained in past posts, meat-free or almost meat-free diets
really work for men, considering they don't menstruate like women
and all of that iron-rich meat only makes their blood tainted and toxic, which

causes shorter lives.
But, give up all of that meat and men may be able to get that extra
5 to 8 yrs. of extra life women get. To read more on men and the benefits of
meat-free diets, head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and
type The 101 best ways to live to 100. Download it and read how to extend your life.

So, are you convinced? Want to try and follow the leads of Denise Richards
and Shania Twain? Head to your supermarket and pick up the
June 23rd issue of First For Women. Susan Lucci is on the cover.

Good Luck!

A Singing Star's Rx For Healthier Snacking!

Exercise Your Way To Perfect Health!

Singing star Katy Perry just revealed she's really trying to
get and stay healthy. Some of her secrets for staying healthy-
taking lots of vitamins and minerals.
She also exercises quite a bit, but not the run on the treadmill or
lift weight for hours. No- Ms. Perry does fun stuff like jump rope,
cross fit and hula hoop.

Another thing Ms. Perry also revealed- she loves salty foods.
If you, like Katy Perry loves your chips, pretzels or popcorn,
remember these tips before you indulge again.
Salty foods raise blood pressure and if you eat them on a regular
basis, there's something you can do to make sure you don't end
up in the emergency room.

That something you can do: Walk or go for a bike ride or dance
around your living room or the ballroom for 30 to 40 mins.
The more you exercise, the less your blood pressure
will rise in response to salt. Exercise naturally lowers your
body's overall level of salt through sweating and helps blood vessels
relax, allowing for better flow.

Another tip: take grape seed extract. It helps keep salt from raising
blood pressure. Look for grape seed extract at health-food stores.
And if you still want to snack, but not exercise, look online for
ways to make potato chips without salt or make chips by using vegetables
like kale, sweet potatoes, green squash, parsnips and eggplant, avoid frying them,
but bake them in the oven and then season them with onion or garlic powder,

turmeric or basil.
That's it- Health tips from the one and only Katy Perry!

Good Luck!
