GMA's Rx For Looking Hollywood Beautiful!

Low-Cost Rx For Looking More Beautiful!

If you caught "Good Morning America" today, then you saw the segment
on low-cost beauty enhancers.
A lot of people are starting to take notice that beauty needn't be expensive.
Makeup artist Bobbi Brown, recommended coconut oil as a moisturizer
and a way to keep hair thick and luxurious.

Some other recommendations- using baking soda as an exfoliant,
use it to rub away dead skin on your hands and face. (make a paste of
baking soda and water)
Or put a 1/4 cup in your bath and really get silky smooth skin.
But hold on, they forgot to mention the foods that are low-cost
and can do the same as apple cider vinegar, baking soda
and coconut oil.

The Foods?
Yes, you can achieve incredible beauty just by eating
right. And if you want to enhance your beauty, start including
more of the following foods.
The foods...
a) Avocados-
It's rumored that singer, actress Selena Gomez loves them and if you
want to put a stop to wrinkling, then you have to add more to your diet as
well. Eat them, add them to a smoothie or wear them as a mask.
Mash one up, add some plain yogurt, a tsp. of honey, lie back
and apply to your face and neck. Leave on for 20 mins. and then rinse off.
b) Dark Chocolate-
Oh yeah, another reason for women to jump for joy, dark chocolate whether
eaten or added to your bath (cocoa) can help keep the knees, elbow and
heels free of the rough, scaly skin so many despise.
c) Georgia Peaches-
They don't have to come from Georgia, but if you want to improve a dry and
sallow complexion, start eating peaches like Paula Deen, (a Georgia native).
Another tip, don't use them to make pies, an occasional piece is okay,
do it on a regular basis and you'll have more than bad complexion problems.
d) Walnuts-
Although a little pricey, they can help you clear up those undereye circles
and the white flakes on your scalp known as dandruff.

There you have it- 4 foods that'll help you look great and feel great.
At a later date, we'll get to foods like cherries, pistachios, snap peas
and cucumbers and how they can enhance your looks as well.

Julia Robert's Fruit Rx For Great Skin!

Eat Your Way To Better Skin!

Although this tip isn't really from Julia Roberts, it does come
from the state where she grew up.
That's right- Julia Roberts is a proud lady from Georgia and
if you want skin like hers or Kim Basinger (another proud
Georgian) then you have to eat the fruit that's recognized
as the state's fruit.

Can you guess it? It's a peach! A Georgia peach.
And according to new research, eating peaches a few times
a week, and you can "age-proof" your skin.
Peaches are rich in beta-carotene, which helps
block the breakdown of collagen, keeps the elasticity
in your skin and gives you a youthful, cherubic look.
And that's not all- Peaches are also able to protect
your skin from the Sun's harmful UV rays, and don't
forget that too much Sun causes wrinkles.

So, now that Summer is here, become more like Julia
and Kim, and eat your peaches.

Important tip: The skin of fruits and vegetables are good
for you, unfortunately many growers use pesticides
to protect the fruit. And those pesticides attach to the skins,
and when you eat those fruits-you eat the pesticides.
To counter this- you can buy organic or save your money and
really clean the outside of the fruit.

Want more info on foods that'll protect your skin from the
Sun's harmful rays? Head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store
and order a copy of The Superfoods That Help You Prevent Breast
Cancer and Skin Cancer. Download it for the price of 2 pounds of
Fresh peaches.

Good Luck!
