Movie Blockbuster's Rx For Natural Sunscreen!

                                 Protect Your Skin This Summer!

Are you a fan of The X-Men movie franchise?
Well, if you're a real fan, then you may have heard the bad news
regarding Hugh Jackman?
What news was that?
His skin cancer returned.

Mr. Jackman thinks all of the time spent in the Australian Sun caused it.

If that's the case, why don't we hear about people living in the Bahamas,
Trinidad, Fiji, Tahiti, Thailand, Guam, Puerto Rico,
Colombia, or Mexico getting it?

Some say there may be more factors than just the Sun that cause it,
and applying sunscreen may only help a little.

If you're concerned and want to avoid getting skin cancer,
why not add some foods that work just like or even better

than drugstore sunscreen.

The Foods:
Green Tea
Papaya*

Guava *
Plums *
Watermelon *

Red and Pink Grapefruit *
Peels from lemons, limes, oranges, clementines, and tangerines.
and the best food protection of all: Tomatoes. *
Grate a little lemon, lime or orange peel into a veggie stir-fry
or a smoothie.
And the tomatoes- Dr. Oz had a woman eat tomatoes for a week

and then had her skin tested, the results: the tomatoes did
protect her skin. One tip: cooked tomatoes work best.
* Red foods contain lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that protects
your skin just like sunscreen would.

And one more thing: We all need some Sun, 15 to 20 mins. a day,
without sunscreen, it can boost health in a number of ways, like...
a) Lower cancer risks (breast and prostate)
b) Keep bones strong
c) Boost Moods
d) Help control appetite
e) Boost Sex Drives
So, there you have it, some things to help you stay healthy as you
approach the Summer of 2014. And if you're into prayer, say
one for Mr. Jackman.

Good Luck!

Low-Cost Rx For Looking More Beautiful!

on low-cost beauty enhancers.
A lot of people are starting to take notice that beauty needn't be expensive.
Makeup artist Bobbi Brown, recommended coconut oil as a moisturizer
and a way to keep hair thick and luxurious.

Some other recommendations- using baking soda as an exfoliant,
use it to rub away dead skin on your hands and face. (make a paste of
baking soda and water)
Or put a 1/4 cup in your bath and really get silky smooth skin.
But hold on, they forgot to mention the foods that are low-cost
and can do the same as apple cider vinegar, baking soda
and coconut oil.

The Foods?
Yes, you can achieve incredible beauty just by eating
right. And if you want to enhance your beauty, start including
more of the following foods.
The foods...
a) Avocados-
It's rumored that singer, actress Selena Gomez loves them and if you
want to put a stop to wrinkling, then you have to add more to your diet as
well. Eat them, add them to a smoothie or wear them as a mask.
Mash one up, add some plain yogurt, a tsp. of honey, lie back
and apply to your face and neck. Leave on for 20 mins. and then rinse off.
b) Dark Chocolate-
Oh yeah, another reason for women to jump for joy, dark chocolate whether
eaten or added to your bath (cocoa) can help keep the knees, elbow and

Thor's Rx For Avoiding Colds and Flus!

Eat Like Thor To Stay Well All Winter!

Thor- the hit movie is number one at the box office again this week.
And a lot of the credit for the movies' success goes to its star, Chris
Hemsworth. Brother to Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth, and
a big man at 6 feet 3 1/2 inches.

One of the things Mr. Hemsworth had to do for the role was to
get in tip-top shape.  And how did he do it?
With protein. He ate a lot of chicken and beef.
But not any kind of beef, top quality, grass-fed beef.
And that's the point of this post.

A lot of people love beef, but they also love the fries, the white
bun and the sugary beverage that goes with the hamburger.
Therein lies the problem. What problem?
Sugary foods and deep-fried foods are a sure-fire way to get colds
and continue to get colds this Holiday season.

Why? Foods that lack the proper nutrients and have trans-fats
weaken your immune system, making it easier to get colds, over
and over again.

So, if you want to stay out the Emergency room this yr. and avoid the
high medical bills, eat beef, 2 to 3 times a wk. (Beef contains zinc,
a mineral that strengthens virus-fighting white blood cells.
And avoid or eat once in blue moon, the white bun, the fries
and the sugary soda.

And if you want more tips to stay cold and flu-free this yr.
head to Amazon.com/the kindle store and learn how people
overseas only get 1 cold per yr, to America's 3 or 4.

The title of the E-document, The World's Best Secrets To Never
Getting Sick This Winter!
Order it and learn the adult secret from Liam's and Chris'
birthplace, that'll  help you avoid colds and flus.
Pay the small sum to download this E-doc, or avoid buying it and pay
a bigger sum to doctors, the emergency rooms, the hospitals,
the billing agents, etc. The choice is yours.
See title at the right.
