on low-cost beauty enhancers.
A lot of people are starting to take notice that beauty needn't be expensive.
Makeup artist Bobbi Brown, recommended coconut oil as a moisturizer
and a way to keep hair thick and luxurious.
Some other recommendations- using baking soda as an exfoliant,
use it to rub away dead skin on your hands and face. (make a paste of
baking soda and water)
Or put a 1/4 cup in your bath and really get silky smooth skin.
But hold on, they forgot to mention the foods that are low-cost
and can do the same as apple cider vinegar, baking soda
and coconut oil.

Yes, you can achieve incredible beauty just by eating
right. And if you want to enhance your beauty, start including
more of the following foods.
The foods...
a) Avocados-
It's rumored that singer, actress Selena Gomez loves them and if you
want to put a stop to wrinkling, then you have to add more to your diet as
well. Eat them, add them to a smoothie or wear them as a mask.
Mash one up, add some plain yogurt, a tsp. of honey, lie back
and apply to your face and neck. Leave on for 20 mins. and then rinse off.
b) Dark Chocolate-
Oh yeah, another reason for women to jump for joy, dark chocolate whether
eaten or added to your bath (cocoa) can help keep the knees, elbow and
